The Tennis Village Condos are each part of a four-plex. Level 1: The main level has the dining, kitchen, living and a bedroom with En Suite along with a half bath. The kitchen has a door to outside where there's a small patio. The living space also has a sliding door to outside. The downstairs bedroom houses two Twin beds that can be made into a King bed, upon request. Level 2: Upstairs leads to a loft area with a couch that becomes a Queen bed and a chair. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and houses a King-sized bed. There is also the laundry and a full bath. Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. *All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items.
