The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make coffee, whip-up a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day on the slopes, or for a big spaghetti dinner at the end of a day of hiking.The Community Recreation Center is a 2-minute ride down to the intersection of Hodgeman Hill Road and Green Circle. Indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, hot tub, weight room, basketball court, children’s activities. Check with the front desk for hours as they change seasonally.Guest accessYou will receive the entry code approximately 48 hours prior to arrival.Other things to note:Due to Association Regulations, the fireplace is not available for use by our guests. Any sign of tampering with the lock on the fireplace doors will result in a fine.The homeowner has provided 1 Guest Pass which allows you access to the Community Recreation Center. Additional guests in your party will pay a fee and children 7 and under are free of charge. Please bring beach towels (provided by the homeowner) with you as they are not provided by the Rec Center.Please return the Guest Pass to the condo before checking out.
