We have spent three years renovating our upstairs so guests can have an affordable place to relax while visiting our beautiful city . The Sea-clausion offers two Bedrooms , open space plan and a galley kitchen for cooking lite meals . We have an instant gas hot water heater . Although you never run out of hot water it does take a min to warm up . We are three 1/2 blocks from the ocean and a few blocks from the arts district .My children and I live down stairs full time incase of any emergenciesThe spaceThe Sea-Clusion is an upstairs apartment. The master bedroom is large in size with a king bed. The treadmill is located in the master bedroom. The property is located on the land side of Pacific Avenue so there is no crossing a busy street to get to the beach.
