Incredibly Beautiful hotel, great location with easy connecting bus route right on the door step to go visit Chaina or Rethymno which are very beautiful places too. The rooms are done to a very high standard, very clean and keep clean throughout our stay. The staff were incredible throughout our stay from the reception team, animation and catering, very friendly and always on hand to help with anything. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we went as a family and they were fantastic with our child. We will 100% be going back again in the near future! Can’t wait!!

the only minus you have is the lack of ramps for tourists who have strollers. it is very complicated to access the beach from the hotel with a child in a stroller. maybe in the future you will think about putting some ramps. otherwise, everything is extraordinary, exceptional staff, very good accommodation, clean beach, very smooth and child-friendly access to the sea.

The hotel was lovely - very clean, comfortable and good location. However, the standout was the team at Eliros Mare. They were warm, friendly and could not do enough for us ensuring our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at Eliros Mare! The entire hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was always fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out to us was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff — everyone made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our children also had a great time and enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Crete. We would definitely love to come back!

This hotel was really lovely and I’m so glad we chose to stay here! The food is lovely with a beautiful beach side restaurant including BBQ nights which were amazing. The facilities were all clean and working. The staff really made our stay special, all of them were so friendly for us and our 1 year old! Special shout to Litza who really went above and beyond with our little one! Would definitely return!

Well what an amazing hotel - thoroughly had an amazing week, rooms were spacious and very clean, swimming pools were clean, sun beds both around the pools and the beach were excellent quality and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent great choice and variety. Evening meal very good lots to choose from. The Management was amazing, great receptionists, bar tenders, waiting staff and cleaners. All in all great value for money and we will definitely return

Honestly spectacular. Very attentive staff, varied and top quality food, with an ideal environment for rest. Definitely highly recommended for a good family holiday. Special mention to Anka who, with her professionalism and kindness, has treated us in an excellent manner along with the rest of her colleagues.

We had the best stay at the Eliros Mare. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Even though almost all the other guests were German or European, we never felt left out or that our needs couldn’t be met. The rooms are so eco-friendly that the electricity shuts off if you’re not there and/or not moving (great, but not helpful for some medical conditions), but the staff helped us find a workaround. We could hear some footsteps from the rooms above us, but overall a quiet and relaxing resort. Everything was SUPER clean, too. When it comes to food, everything is buffet style- including the dinner at the beach bar you have to book ahead, so just know that for eating if you’re in the all-inclusive. Lots of variety in the food, there will be something for everyone. Nothing beats their beach - surrounded by mountains, super clear water, and the amenities made it so easy to spend almost all our time enjoying it. They really do make sure no one reserves the beach and/or pool chairs, which is so nice. We also had a fantastic day trip to Elafonissi which was easy to arrange through the hotel— totally worth it. The staff also helped us with our airport private transfer to the hotel, and helped us get the bus to our next destination. Thanks for making our first visit to Crete unforgettable!
