Beware Overall property was fine. There was a terrible odor in the room that the front desk did not offer any alternative. I ended up leaving early as it was burning my eyes and throat. They still charged me for the day I was not there. When I discussed with them, very apologetic but pretty much told me too bad we aren’t refunding any charges.

Visited for anniversary (king deluxe with whirlpool) as one of our events was locally in Appleton. The outside of the place does not give a fair presentation of whats inside. Inside the pool is heated and clean, the sauana is well maintained, the jacuzzi was a bit colder than Id like but yet still warmer then the pool. In the unit, its spacious and clean, the whirlpool had been undergoing maintenance, so while it worked, there was some orange tape holding on the access panel. Also the jets seem not to be operating at half of full capacity. Much better than Id thought when I pulled up. This place isnt very apealing from the outside, but offers a good value inside.
