We were disappointed. The window of the room we were assigned gave a dismal, if not disgusting view (see photo). The room, bed, and bath features were marginally acceptable. The provided breakfast was OK.

We had the terrible misfortune of booking this hotel for the 15th and 16th of August with *********, therefore, with a credit card as a guarantee. When we arrived at the hotel dead tired, around 9pm, the receptionist, who in the meantime was serving the tables in the restaurant outside, told us that the room was no longer there, as we hadn't warned us that we would be arriving so late. ......in practice he had resold the room in the afternoon, without notifying us or calling us by telephone......We had to look for another hotel, paying double...Such a thing had never happened to me in life......I'm still in shock....!!!!

Hotel well placed in shopping street. Friendly welcome. Quick check-in. Room on the 3rd floor (without elevator) very cute with exposed beams with 2 windows overlooking the roofs. The breakfast a little disappointing (buffet with little choice, no fruit) but the essential is there. Strengths: a fridge + freezer + microwave available. Bladeless Dyson fan in the bedroom! 👍

Friendly welcome, well-located hotel, decent room, good mattress and quiet room, courtyard side. No parking but no problem finding space in the area. Lack of fruit for breakfast, otherwise fine. Tested the restaurant, good but nothing more.

Séjour familial (hors saison) très agréable dans ce charmant petit hôtel pittoresque, au charme certain. Prix très correct. Très bon accueil. Tranquillité des lieux. Excellente literie à la propreté impeccable. Disponibilité des hôtes. 'Deux gars très sympas' (oncle et neveu je crois...). Repas d'anniversaire réussi, élaboré et délicieux ~ pour les 88 ans de ma mère ~ concocté par Vincent, le maître des lieux. Quel repas ! Merci de nous avoir rendu ce séjour très agréable et merci pour les quelques fruits confits laissés à l'accueil à notre intention, lors de notre départ. Avec ce gentil et prévenant petit mot 'bonne route'. Belles attentions que nous avons particulièrement appréciées.

En rejoignant des amis dans le Lubéron, on m'a conseillé de dormir à l'Hôtel Le Palais à Apt. En regardant les derniers avis je n'étais pas emballé plus que ça. Et bien le moins que je puisse dire c'est que cet Hôtel Restaurant est idéal. Parfaitement situé au cœur de la ville, avec toutes commodités de déplacement, le personnel Top et à l'écoute, la chambre très chaleureuse. Le Plus c'est le petit restaurant "en bas", la cuisine au feu de bois, quel délice, simple et bon ! De bonnes pizzas mais pas que ! Donc si vous voulez un hôtel resto sympa courrez y !
