The hotel impresses with its diverse and delicious breakfast, exceptional service, well-furnished and spotless rooms, and excellent amenities like a great spa and relaxing pool. Guests appreciate the high level of cleanliness.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing, not just the odd one but every single member, the reception staff, the Italian head chef, the lifeguards, the bar and waiting staff and the kids club. The food was amazing. We ate in Kai, which was excellent. They had a chilled live DJ playing music . The buffet breakfast and also the buffet evening meal were fantastic. Kids club is open until 7pm. Gymnasium on site. The pool is heated and is perfectly warm enough. The sister hotel next door (3 minute beach walk) is also very nice with a slightly different selection of drinks, Jordanian pale ale here was very nice although the pool was slightly cooler but fine in the afternoon for the kids. Our room was a family room plus a rollout bed (almost full single size with a proper matress) for our family of 5. The interconnecting rooms were excellent.

Hotel is new with diverse facilities, connected to Manara and Beach Club. Nice beaches, both lagoons and open sea. I usually get complimentary suite upgrades due to being a Bon Voy member. Buffet could be better though, especially dinner, there ought to be more varieties and selections.
