Nice hotel to stay for a short period of time Recommended

We were warmly welcomed with a drink on arrival and upgraded to a family suite free of charge. The receptionist, a tall gentleman with a short haircut, was very polite and helpful. Hotel manager Sanad was great and attentive throughout our stay, and F&B Coordinator Hiba AlSayyad went out of her way to assist us, even offering to serve dinner earlier. We also received discount cards for the connected shops, which was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with free unlimited WiFi. Some minor maintenance is needed as Room 303’s bathroom door doesn’t lock, and the fan above the towels should be cleaned. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless and the shower excellent. The gym (7AM-10PM) on the 2nd floor has enough equipment for a full-body workout. The Morjan Restaurant offers a good breakfast buffet (7–10AM) with indoor and outdoor seating. Ahmad and Ala were outstanding servers, making the experience smooth from start to finish. We also enjoyed dinner at AlFokhara Restaurant connected to the hotel, where Omran and Ala provided excellent service. The atmosphere was cozy with a lovely terrace, and the food came out quickly and tasted great. We also booked the Berenice Beach trip through the hotel for 13 JOD per person, including round-trip transportation. It was an excellent experience and highly recommended. Overall, a 5⭐️ stay that I would definitely recommend to everyone.

The Lacosta Hotel is well-located just a couple blocks back from the corniche, within a nice shopping district. There were tons of small shops and eateries everywhere around the hotel. There was ample free parking in the big lot outside the hotel and we received a very warm welcome from the reception staff. We were actually upgraded to a suite which was very nice with great views over the city. Our room was spacious and airy, clean, and very comfortable. The AC and Wifi internet both worked fine. It was nice to have a big bathroom which could hold 2 people at a time. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of hot and cold dishes. The best surprise was the excellent gym, with a huge selection of high quality machine weights and some free weights, as well as a modest number of cardio machines, mainly treadmills. It was definitely the best hotel gym we experienced in Jordan. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

Well located if you want to stay downtown and need to be close to all facilities. If you want to stay near a beach go south, outside the city. The first room we had was good with a balcony but overlooking a parking. The second one we had no balcony at all and on the street. Both for the same price ! The rooms were clean, good showers but the TV didn't work. The breakfast buffet was good but...a variety of fruit would have been welcome.

The bald receptionist works very badly. I was talking to him and he went to answer a phone call and told me the staff will serve you in the morning. The rooms are clean but incredibly noisy. As soon as we arrived, there was a sound of the right-hand side being punctured and we couldn't sleep. Also, the restaurant was directly above the rooms and the sound of the chairs was very annoying. The Filipino staff is excellent and polite in dealing.
