The pool area is very nice. There are 2 adult pools, the family pools and the slide are located so as not to interfere with the adult pools. The beach is beautiful, you can snorkel. Very attentive service. The location of the hotel is great because it is right on the Red Sea. You can also have dinner outside of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. A very relaxed stay.

The location of the hotel is very good, the line of sight is very good, it is independent of the seaside, the rooms are all facing the swimming pool and the seaside, there is a small balcony, walk out on the first floor for two or three minutes to the seaside, and the breakfast is rich. The only downside is that the room is too small, the bathroom is not clean, the leaking facilities are not good, and the water is serious

The complex is very large. There are several swimming pools, a beach club. The beach is equipped with transat and parasols. All is done to keep you in the complex because there are even restaurants and a mini supermarket. The apartments are very large.

the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us
