The location, facilities and services of this camp exceeded expectations, and the price was very affordable.
First of all, the camp is located in the hinterland of the Moon Bay scenic area in Wadi Rum Desert, and the scenery outside the camp is the best in the entire scenic area. The owner Simon is a local Bedouin, very warm and friendly. As soon as we arrived in the village, he picked us up and went to the camp. After lunch, the handsome guy David drove a four-wheel drive to take us to visit the attractions of Moon Bay and watch the sunset (viewing and watching the sunset are paid separately). David is also a Bedouin. He took great care of us along the way. While we were watching the sunset, he lit a bonfire and cooked local tea for us. Although the dinner at the camp was simple, each dish was carefully prepared and very delicious. After dinner, Simon also led us to stargazing, and then returned to the big restaurant in the camp to continue drinking tea and chatting. This was a perfect desert trip.

Amazing experience. The camp is right in Wadi Rum, not outside. Big difference. You walk outside your tent, and you see a beautiful landscape around you. The tours available are reasonable. The camp has a big common area to lounge in, and swings with fire pit every night. The Bedouin food prepared for dinners are tasty. Salmon the manager is there often, if you have any requests or concerns. Very attentive friendly staff.

The camp is very well located. It is very clean and a warm welcome. I recommend it without hesitation. Very comfortable bed - the hotel offers excursions which I recommend. It was very wonderful. I will come back to this. I highly recommend it. I hope everyone will have it.

Made an account just to write this I was so happy. This experience was incredible and they were so accommodating, especially the guides David and Salim, and the other staff that cooking and cleaning were so nice too. I came on my own and was arriving late but still wanted to have a two day experience, so they shifted the whole schedule around so that I didn't miss out on anything because of the bus timetable, so instead of having the jeep tour in the afternoon we did it in the morning of the last day and dropped out off back at Wadi Rum village at the end, and also organised a taxi for my trip to Aqaba. On the hike we started with a group but as my guide saw that I was quicker they just let me splinter off and go on ahead. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly, always offering and sharing and inviting me to sit down with the other guides when they're talking. I'm fairly well travelled I think and I will spend the rest of my life trying to top this experience

Beautifully-located and well-run camp; thank you Salman + Follow the detailed instructions you'll get when you've booked, and it's a wonderful experience. Phenomenal value for money really, and although it was my first visit to Wadi Rum I could tell that it's one of the better-located camps. Salman and his team are professional and helpful, and we enjoyed every part of it. Wadi Rum itself doesn't need any upsell, but with a frightening number of accommodation options to choose from, I'm glad that we found this one.

I am super pleased with my stay at Beyond Wadi Rum. I was looking for a clean, place with good amenities, but not wanting to pay a ton. This was a perfect spot. The rooms are cozy and clean, which is the most important. I wanted a desert escape for a solo weekend and it was just great. Very quiet, and calm, just soaking in the natural atmosphere. Sulman and his boys were great, very personable and hospitable. I definitely recommend this place. The location was good too, not super deep into Rum, but isolated enough to enjoy the stars!
