I recently stayed at the resort and requested a buffet for a party that I had at the villa. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The resort itself was beautiful and provided a wonderful setting for the event. I highly recommend it!

i stayed in West Walk Retaj Hotel for 7 days, it was a very pleasant experience the staff are so welcoming. Breakfast was huge and it had many option with the chefs frying the eggs for you with multiple toppings and smells that will wake you up.Fancy coffee machine and fresh fruits Room: very new they just opened the hotel, many rooms in the floor (only three floors) served by 2 lefts area's (each have two) with a big parking space in the basement. i remommand that you ask for a room near the lefts otherwise you will walk around 1 min or so from the left to the room. The room is small, everything is compact i.e the cupboard is just a corner in the room which a sliding metal door which does not block everything, the safe was on the same place where you keep your bag so i kept the safe on top and put my bag where it belogs & the automatic light is annoying i had to cover it so that it does not turn on when i move while sleeping The shower is amazing good pressure with the bodywash & soap available Location wise you will not sleep hungry, everything is around you from restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. it is quite busy in the evening but clears by 10 PM with less traffic

The hotel is very good, next to it is the big villagio shopping center. It is said that it can be ranked third in the shopping center in Doha, from low to high consumption. It is said that there are also in Macau and Las Vegas. I am not sure about this. Luxury stores have a dedicated area and a large children's playground.
The hotel is really good. Doha is clear at a glance. There is also an empty swimming pool on the 19th floor. Unfortunately, it is not borderless. The breakfast is also good, but I am not used to eating. The service is very friendly, more friendly than domestic. The front desk took the trouble to check Ctrip's voche with me. Ctrip is really, sent a bunch, just do not know which one is voche.
If you are in traffic, take a taxi to more than 20 companies at the airport, about 30 cards, about 60 yuan, and not many people staying. I like this. There is another hotel with the same name in the souq area. Confirm prior to arrival the location and facilities.
Family room is 24 m2 with 3 beds. Very small.
Don't book family suite non smoking with 3 queen beds. It doesn't exist in Educational city location. Room was clened daily after we requested.
Sink was leaking but was fixed.
Restaurant food is below expecation. Not saying it is bad but is not good either.

The hotel staff were particularly enthusiastic. On the day of check-in, I met the Qatar national team and they were celebrating winning the Asian Cup... Because it is owned by Marriott and we are Marriott Platinum members. Although we did not order breakfast on Ctrip, I was given breakfast in both rooms when I checked in, which saved me money. We spent a lot of money to upgrade to a suite. The other one is right next door and is very comfortable. The family of six is very happy.

AAlaaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Salwa Resort in Qatar, and I must say, it was an incredible experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the resort's location, ambiance, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.
First and foremost, the location of the Hilton Salwa Resort is simply breathtaking. Nestled in Qatar, the resort offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the nearby beach, the beauty of the surroundings made my stay truly special.
Speaking of ambiance, the Hilton Salwa Resort has managed to create a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The well-designed interiors and tasteful decorations added an extra touch of elegance to the overall experience. The resort's attention to detail in creating a tranquil and soothing environment truly made me feel at home throughout my stay.
But what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I must extend a special thanks to Mr. Michael, the assistant of the front desk manager, who stood out with his exceptional service and helpfulness. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest, and he was always there to assist with any inquiries or requests I had.
One of the highlights of my time at the Hilton Salwa Resort was the water park. The hours seemed to fly by as I immersed myself in the various water games and attractions. What impressed me the most was the emphasis on safety. I felt at ease knowing that the resort took all the necessary precautions to ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone.
In conclusion, my stay at the Hilton Salwa Resort was an absolute delight, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best resorts I've ever visited. The combination of its stunning location, inviting ambiance, and exceptional staff, particularly Mr. Michael, made it an unforgettable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and the memories created during my time there will stay with me for a lifetime. Do not be fooled by the web site and nice photos of this resort. Their customer service is appalling. We arrived on Xmas day only to be informed that the only restaurant at the resort would be closed that evening, but we were welcome to join them for a ”special” dinner on the beach. Except there was nothing special about it. We were sat in the dark, with a table covered in sand, and chairs that sank into the damp sand. The plastic glasses and cutlery were also covered in sand and condensation. The cushions on the seats were damp resulting in our clothes being stained. And the food was inedible. Then there was the DJ who was playing a continuous stream of horrible and loud techno-type music all through dinner. Halfway through our meal the servers started to clear all the other tables and remove all the portable lights from the tables resulting in it being even darker on the beach. The whole dinner experience was unacceptable for a resort that advertises itself as a luxury wellness resort. In the end we decided to abandon dinner and go back to our villa. Only to find that our villa was in darkness. No external lights. And that our room key had stopped working so we couldn't even get into the villa. Be warned that the design of the villas means that the noisy pumps for the pool heating and the air-con are housed on the other side of the bedroom wall. This means that in the bedroom there is a constant loud hum. The resorts engineer came out to fix this by turning off the pool heating. So you can have a quiet bedroom. Or a heated pool. But not both!! The following morning we asked reception to confirm that the restaurant would not be closed again on any of the remaining nights of our 7-night stay. They said they couldn't confirm that, and they would decide each day whether the restaurant would be open or closed that day. And if we were not happy with this arrangement, and didn’t want to eat on the beach, then we could use the in-room dining and eat in our room. At which point I informed them that we hadn't flown 4,500 miles to the resort and paid £1000 per night to eat dinner in our room. But, they didn't seem to care. At this point we decided to have breakfast, only to find that the breakfast service was taking up to 2-hours. We were then informed that our half-board stay covered breakfast and lunch. Not breakfast and dinner. When we questioned this we were told that it was the resorts policy. Even though other Our Habitas resorts operate a different policy. Again, they didn't seem to care. In the end we decided that if we continued with our stay at Ras Abrouq then our entire holiday in Qatar would be ruined. So we decided to leave the resort. At which point we were informed that the resort would not be able to arrange transport back to Doha city until the following day. So we called the Fairmont hotel in Doha and they arranged a room for us and within 10 minutes they had a 4x4 on its way to pick us up. The 4x4 arrived at the exact time they had stat
