The reception service was unpleasant. I certainly bought and paid a apartment off the sea and when checking in I was surprised to collect an extra amount of about $580,00 to release such apartment on the claim that the apartment released by TRIP.COM was in the bottom and not the Reserved and paid that was in front of the sea, surely.

Good and functional hotel Ideal for small periods.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

I liked the location. Excellent cost benefit. Garage covered. If not, just accessing the wi-fi worked on my cell phone, but not on my notebook.

The hotel was well located, but many things left to desire: repeated breakfast, some people from the reception poorly educated. I spent 5 days and I met all from the reception. Only Ruan, Mr Antônio, Anne, the hosting part, Raíssa camerinha and Alexandre of general services are saved, such as Raiane from the very poorly educated and humorous reception, one of the night's reception, even the thermal bottle of coffee hidden. Then most staff should go through recycling and learn to treat the guests well, after all, their pay is the guests.

A very strategic and good location, with affordable price.. Unfortunately we stay in a room with the window turned to the hotel's inner wall, without light or view . The air conditioning was disregulated, breakfast was in place needing more cleanliness.The swimming pool area was with bad smell of waste ...
