Estrutura de Recepção excelente, incluindo o atendimento dos funcionários. Entretanto, a estrutura dos quartos muito ruins. Peguei um quarto no ultimo andar, com os problemas: Cortinas sujas e mofadas Paredes mofadas, principalmente o da janela, ficando o cheiro insuportável. O colchão da cama parecia uma ”canoa”, totalmente sem condições de uso, para um nível de hotel IBIS Frigobar barulhento e não refrigerava. Ducha do banheiro saindo pouca água. OBS: Claramente falta de diligência, fiscalização e gestão. Neste dia houve um evento da UDOP em Araçatuba, onde o hotel estava quase 100% ocupado. A reclamação das pessoas eram idênticas as que estou relatando.

The hotel was very well-established and clean, and the room was cold and there was no cover. I think it is not always possible to read the QR code, which was my case, and to serve food with a good price. The attendant was difficult to accept that the daily was paid, that he could watch with time and make possible recovery at check out, together with other expenses. Parking away from the hotel, and was raining, no rainguard was offered.
