Araraquara Hotels with Wi-Fi

The rooms are good, clean, comfortable beds. Only the bathrooms are separated, one with a vase and another for shower, are very tight.

The accommodation was great, at first we had a room that was not so silent because of the external sounds , but when contacting the reception they showed a better room and there was everything quiet in the rest of the accommodation silent nights . The breakfast was widely varied from bread, cake and fruit, and the cardapio also has good variety and price.

The staff were very friendly and careful, the room was spacious and clean, I stayed at the nineth floor and found it quiet, I appreciated the silence, and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is very good, good location, clean and with very good structure, except for the internet. If you need to work in the room, make video calls, etc.. is a problem . And even if you want to watch TV on Youtube , Netflix or another ... be prepared to stop all the time. I have been in every floor almost everywhere , I stay in this hotel very often , and the internet signal problem is general .

Pessimo hotel Antes da reserva perguntei se havia secador de cabelo, me informaram que sim! No momento em que fui utilizar o secador não estava funcionando! Tentei por 1 hora ligar na recepção pelo telefone de quarto! Impossivel, o ramal disponivel para clientes nunca esta disponivel! Tive que ligar do meu celular no hotel, e comuniquei sobre o secador e fui informada que não havia funcionarios para subir outro, que eu teria que descer para pegar caso quisesse! Totalmente atrasada, desci e peguei um outro secador! No cafe da manha a pior decepção, sucos artificiais, sem pratos disponiveis! Anoite meu marido pegou uma agua do frigobar para tomar os remedios e adivinhem? Agua vencida, verifiquei as outras e vencidas tambem! Pagamos caro para um pessimo atendimento e ainda receber danos á saúde!

O hotel oferece uma boa hospedagem, com o que se precisa: bom quarto (cama + banheiro) e café da manhã. Tem estacionamento, mas é apertado, então não cabe carros grandes, e as pessoas não estacionam certo na vaga, então preferi deixar o carro estacionado na rua, em frente ao hotel, pois não considerei um local de risco. O café da manhã é bom, não é aqueles cafés da manhã de hotel que falamos “uau”, mas atende o necessário: frutas, frios, pães, café, suco, ovo e bolos simples. Funcionários educados. O hotel fica perto de uma das saídas da cidade, mas também próxima ao shopping da cidadela que acaba sendo uma boa opção para passeio, almoço e jantar.
