I had a great time there. Customer service is great ! The place is amazingly beautiful and wide open. The rooms are very clean ! The restaurant is also very good. You have many activities (ground tennis, table tennis, basketball ball, pool…) I recommend 100%

I had a wonderful stay at Haile Resort .The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Chamo and the surrounding nature. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety of options. definitely a place I'd love to visit again

The customer handling is the best I’ve ever seen it’s been a pleasure staying here .every staff is so polite . And everyone is trying to help us in every way and everything they got.
