This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled home is located on a small bay of Little Arbor Vitae Lake. The lake is 480 acres and offers lots of room for boating, skiing and great fishing. It is right on the lake. You have your own pier and a campfire pit with 120 feet of fisherman's frontage. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer. The large deck area is a great place to soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful lake view. The well appointed home features an open concept kitchen/dining and living area with a cozy electric fireplace. We have 1 king size bed on the first floor. Downstairs there are 2 queen size beds. There is also an additional living room area in the lower level with another television, queen sleeper sofa and electric fireplace to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in the home. Outside we have a campfire pit and dock for you to park your boat. There is a bathroom on each floor of the home. There is also a washer/dryer and wi-fi in the home.
