This was our third wonderful holiday at Taj-I Mah, Les Arcs 2000. So many things make our stay memorable and enjoyable. Every member of staff makes us feel valued and welcome. The staff on reception and in the dining room are friendly, professional, helpful and fun to be with. The hotel itself has all the facilities one could wish for and is kept immaculately clean. Breakfast is generous offering a wide selection of hot and cold food. The service, presentation and meals at dinner are faultless. The rooms are large, very comfortable, warm with stunning views and very good wi-fi. For the skier, old and young, I cannot imagine a better location. It is a genuine ski in ski out hotel which also contains a fantastic ski rental service. The staff are so helpful, professional, efficient and fun. Boots are warm and skis are ready outside for you in the morning. There is a free lift at the rear of the hotel to take you to Arcs 1950 and this runs late into the night. The hotel lounge has a welcoming log fire and bar. Outside there is a well furnished terrace to relax and enjoy the sun. The atmosphere is relaxed and not all pretentious. I believe this is due to the efficient running of the hotel with all staff understanding their role. The director Monsieur Thibaud must take credit for the standards, smooth running and ambience we enjoy so much. Already made reservations for next year!!! Thank you to everyone a t Taj-I Mah ....... Hotel positioned perfectly for ski in and ski out, kind and helpful staff. Ski shop that works as ski room is a part of the hotel, there is a no easier and more convenient combination Great views, nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Lunch can be served outdoors. Spa with swimming pool and jacuzzi is my peasant wirciews over the mountains. We will definitely return again!

Amazing location, next to slopes, superb rooms, comfy beds overlooking the slopes, quiet and peaceful. Wonderful to taste all the different quality food, beautifully presented. Brilliant breakfast buffet, Amazing friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Ski shop in hotel, next to slopes, wonderful equipment, they look after your skis and boots at the start and end of each day and you just step out onto the slopes. Arc 2000 is a wonderful ski area, with lots for all ranges of skiers, many enjoyable blues and reds with the fastest and longest ski lifts, taking you to the longest ski runs ever

We stayed for a week in this hotel. The location is perfect with direct acess to the slopes, great rooms, ski shop inside the hotel, a lounge bar with great views of the mountain for the apres-ski moment and two restaurants serving delicious food. The staff was very friendly.

Lovely hotel, very clean and food was better than other reviews suggest - and you can always go to the Savoy in 2000 or many other places in 1950 which is a gondola ride away on the cabriolet which is literally on the doorstep. It is quiet and the spa is lovely. As we had a short break we wanted to ski on our departure day which meant we had to change in the spa as no late checkout. I felt after checkout we were no longer looked after - the spa was about 500' and it was too hot to get out of sweaty ski gear and get changed comfortably but there was no alternative and we were told to re pack our cases in the luggage room which was full! The rest of our stay was good but I would say that it feels like a business hotel which could have a really cool vibe if it just relaxed a bit!

A beautiful and unusual 5 star hotel. Would strongly recommend Taj-i Mah for a skiing holiday. My daughter and I travelled From Geneva by car to the hotel. Very friendly welcome with a superb room overlooking the mountain.

The services at the hotel deserve my highest score (restaurant, garage, ski shop, bar, cleaning, …), however I don’t understand why the hotel accept that some people don’t wear properly in the dinner. From my point of view it is not acceptable to wear flip-flops for dinner or even short pants.
