Honestly trip.com, save your own reputation at this point because the motel clearly doesn't care about its own reputation. Numerous bad reviews that I didn't read until it was too late and they were all a similar experience to ours. Definently no improvements have been made. Attempted numerous times to call and message someone while we were there to no avail. No one in the office or on site it seems at all. Key was left that I just luckily happened to find a no one would answer the phone either. I paid for 3 beds, our room had 1. Then the toilet was used, and it wouldn't flush... on top of that the bathroom door wouldn't close so couldn't even try to contain the smell. No response whatsoever from them. Absolutely horrible night, crammed 3 of us on 1 really uncomfortable bed. The location is the only thing going for this place and sadly while you keep advertising it, unsuspecting people will continue to be ripped off from this mob. Truly disappointing and we will be sure to tell others to avoid. I will also be booking my hotel rooms with the hotels directly in the future as I can't trust that what is advertised here is legit.

Lack of communication. Took us ages to get in as the office was closed and we didn't no our keys were in the return keys box. Lucky for us a couple of young girls staying there showed us. Apart from that no complaints.

Great location right next to a bar with lots of activities going on during the day . there is a bus stop located at the back of the hotel which will take you around the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Great motel with a nice sized pool. Great location and I experienced toad racing next door at the pub which was fun too
