Very quiet neighborhood; lovely garden outside unit; hosts cordial, helpful and totally non-intrusive; very clean and tidy unit; comfy bed; kitchen supplied dishes, utensils, a French press for coffee, gas stove and whistling teakettle. Refrigerator kept things cold and was a decent size to fit everything we brought with us. This is a very nice place to stay.

A wonderful property with a great host! The Sunnybrae Garden Studio was clean and cozy, Julia was a great host and an excellent communicator, not to mention she has an incredible garden! 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Such a welcoming and relaxing stay! The host, Julia, was responsive and helpful. I only stayed for one night, but she made me feel so at home and I had the best rest. Highly recommend!
