I stayed for a night and have to say that the hotel is highly overpriced with bare basics. The pillows are really big and uncomfortable, the heating didn't work properly either! Not the best of experiences I must say.

Old hotel, bedding too soft, constant noise from fans in my room. Restaurants good but too expensive! Half an hour at the table before having a server! Mosquitoes crushed everywhere on the ceilings! In short, not terrible at all considering the price of the room!

Friendly staff, that's not the point. The hotel is on a very noisy road which is quieter at night. The rooms are shabby at points, the floor covering downright dirty. It is extremely hot in the hotel. Hotel is in need of extensive refurbishment. Until that happens, they'll never see me again.

Prima hotel voor een of twee nachten. Mooie fietsroutes in de buurt en ook de Kasteeltuinen van Arcen niet te vergeten. Het personeelstekort was goed te merken, maar men deed zeer hun best om het voor iedereen naar de zin te maken.

Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Deux ou trois grand maximum. Les chambres sont petites et sombres (en tout cas la mienne qui était mansardée). Petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour. Couloirs étroits, sombres et lugubres. Pour une nuit ça va. Pour un plus long séjour non. Points positifs : personnel gentil et la nourriture au restaurant était bonne.

De meest vriendelijke ontvangst die je maar kunt bedenken iplv goede reis gehad reprimande van te vroege aankomst. Wat wij zelf ook wel wisten maar wij kregen geen gelegenheid dit toe te lichten. En dan nog een computer storing en zie je tijd maar door te brengen als je wel mag inchecken het liefst buiten wachten. Kamer heel klein met veel mankementen ook geen koffieapparaat alleen poeder. Maar het eten in het restaurant zeker met de jongste bediening die avond heeft veel goed gemaakt. En natuurlijk de verplichte afgrijselijke muziek aanhoren wie verzint dit nou. Kortom eten goed verder niet meet terug komen.

Kamers met douche, tafeltje met 2 stoelen, kleerkast met kluisje , vloertapijt ,koffie-thee faciliteiten, gratis parkeren. Vriendelijk personeel aan receptie en in het restaurant. We genoten van een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet en drie gangendiner , aanrader is de keuze van de chef als je van verrassingen houd en alles mag natuurlijk . Heerlijk genieten om de hoek.van het Fletcher hotel Rooland in Thermaalbad Arcen met gratis parking en.met de aanbieding van de maand is een lunch met soepje of salade inbegrepen Wij bezochten ook het na bijgelegen Duitse stadje Geldern met gratis parking Am Turnhalle Bollwerk aan de rand en binnen 10 min ben je zo te voet in winkelstraat. Er is ook bushalte op de grote baan naar Venlo treinstation.
