Hotel Peña de Arcos

We slept one night on the way to Malaga. The girl at the reception was super friendly, she explained everything to us in a very correct and professional way. The next day at breakfast we also had a very good experience, the girl was very kind and the breakfast was also very complete, taking into account the price we paid for the night and the breakfast deserves the highest score.

I clarify that I only value the attention of the hotel, since because they left me lying the day before, I have not been able to stay there. My experience with the hotel is as follows, I make a reservation in March, for a wedding in August. Three days before I start receiving messages from booking saying that the hotel has rejected my card. I update it making sure I don't make any mistakes. Soon, the same message appears again, and so on for a third time. I contact the hotel and they tell me that there is no problem with my card, which is that they have too many reservations and cannot accommodate everyone in the hotel!! Given my perplexity, they offer me to change to another hotel, and I tell them that if they can talk to other people, since the bus to the wedding we were going to left from there and that we had made the reservation a long time ago. They tell me that they are going to try. It is seen that nobody accepted and suddenly one day before the wedding, there is a problem with the air conditioning, but yes, only in the 4 rooms that had been overbooked. We tell them that we stayed without air conditioning and then it's maybe possible, because there are workers, the rooms are flooded... in short, they wash their hands, cancel us and send us to booking a few hours before the wedding and booking tells us At that point, what they can give us is in Jerez. With those of us who stay on the street and with nothing. Let everyone draw their conclusions, but if you go to this hotel, you already know what can happen to you and how they act.

Lamentable. Hotel en mal estado, mantenimiento nulo, desnivel considerable y preocupante, las vigas de los garajes agrietadas y abiertas, humedades por doquier. En relación al desayuno tipo buffet normal con embutido sospechoso. Personal agradable, eso si, pero la infraestructura y lo que ofrece el hotel pésimo incluso un peligro para la salud. Ofertan bar/salón como zonas común y te dejan disponer de el bajo pago. No lo recomiendo y no volveremos.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, el hotel tiene un desnivel considerable, las puertas se abren solas dando fuertes golpes por el desnivel, si dejas el carrito del niño se mueve sólo hasta chocar con algún mueble, te da la sensación de q estás en un barco, las instalaciones nefastas publicitan que tienen bar y cafetería y ni lo tienen abierto ni te dejan utilizar pues imagínate que vas a un hotel con niños y ahora no tienes donde poder echar el rato, el desayuno escaso no lo siguiente y encima los embutidos rancios y pegajosos, en recepción más de lo mismo vamos q te dan a entender que esto es lo que hay, ahora eso sí te dejan utilizar la cafetería previo pago de 30 eur la hora algo que me parece de lo más surrealista, en conclusión ni repetiré ni jamás en mi vida le recomiendo que se alojen en el hotel.

De vergüenza, NO RECOMENDABLE PARA NADA, en Arcos hay cientos de sitios con más educación y profesionalidad. Ibamos a una boda 7 parejas, todos reservamos en Marzo para el primer fin de semana de Agosto y justo un dia antes de la entrada comienzan a llamarnos uno a uno con versiones diferentes de porque nos cancelaban la reserva, que si obras, que el hotel estaba cerrado etc ... Tuvieron la poca vergüenza de cancelarnos 4 de las 7 habitaciones y a una de las parejas que si se alojaron allí al increparlos les dijeron que agradeciera que ellos tenían habitación. Aconsejo no reservar ya que puede que te dejen en la calle incluso menos de 24h de tu llegada. Hay mas opciones en Arcos mejor no arriesgar.

Hemos pasado dos noches La ubicación es perfecta y el trato del personal muy bien ,el desayuno bien Pero la habitación necesita mejorar mucho El mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia Esta muy antiguo ,luego tiene un ruido constante día y noche según ellos del aire acondicionado Este hotel mejorado con su ubicación y su personal sería perfecto
