When we arrived the (cheapest) studio was super clean but it didn’t look as nice as on the photos. The bed is 1.90, shorter than me. There was no fan or airco, and it was super hot. I could hardly sleep: open your windows at night even when you’re immediately next to the courtyard. Which was a really nice courtyard where we enjoyed our dinner and some drinks. We saw a rat there but hey, it’s a historic farm, next to Paris, two rat paradises. Just don’t leave your door open if you are on the ground floor on the yard. There was a cafetière promised but when I asked where it was the guy was very surprised i asked about it since there was a water cooker and two sachets of instant coffee (!). No wine glasses, but there was a cork screw (that is often missing in France, weird, I know) The microwave was super new. The rest was adequate. Decent distance to the RER. The court yard is definitely the major selling point. Nothing fancy but just really nice in the middle of busy Montrouge. Family dinners and relaxed atmospheres.
