The apartment was lovely, with plenty of space in bedrooms and a sufficiently large kitchen and dining room. The outside is fantastic. The pictures do not capture how wonderful the area is. I had a hard time leaving. The breakfast and evening meals are splendid. The only downside was that an 80EUR cleaning fee was not stated in the booking. The owners did, however, provide us with a complimentary breakfast for the whole family of five that cost more for a minor disturbance that I felt was not necessary on their part, so I cannot complain. I hope to come back again someday, this is truly a great area to relax and do nothing.

A very unique and secluded location makes for a wonderful, leisurely stay. If you want it to be leisurely. But there are also many attractions and activities nearby if you wish to partake. We did a kayaking trip in the Ardeche and the site was probably 40 minutes away. Having the option to have breakfast and dinner on property was a great benefit to us as we planned our days. The drive in to the hotel may be a bit daunting for some (very narrow road and much of it blind). It was hard and confusing to find the place the first time. Google maps will really throw you off. The staff provided some alternative directions that was very helpful. We stayed in room 21 at the far end of the complex. The room offers a secluded patio overlooking the “river” and is shielded from the rest of the property. Your own private space! Highly recommend. There were many families there with small children. It all works well.

The experience starts at the parking straight away. What a peaceful and beautiful place! Underneath the stars we walk from the parking onto the courtyard and feel like a King and Queen already ;-) The staff is incredibly kind, even at the late hour we arrive. The room is lovely with old wooden beam, big sized bed and spacious rainshower and lucky us; airconditioning! After a good night sleep in incredible peace and quiet we have breakfast on the courtyard with a view on the river. Afterwards walked to the river with deep pools and a waterfall, completely private! Our own little paradise! The dinner surprised us the most at night. Haute cuisine for only 34 euros! Glutenfree and vegetarian no problem at all. The chef de la cuisine changed the menu for us on the spot. And how!! We ended up staying three nights as we didn't want to leave. We will be back! Thank you wonderful people! From the gardener to the ladies from the reception, the restaurant, bar and kitchen staff... you guys really know what hospitality is all about!! Love, Mathieu and Eyra

Ma mère et moi avons été extrêmement bien accueillies. Nos hôtes ont donné une grande importance à nos besoins particuliers pour que notre séjour se déroule magnifiquement dans le cadre enchanteur du Domaine de l'Eau Vive. Un immense Merci pour toute votre attention et votre générosité qui nous ont permis de vivre un second merveilleux séjour ! Et, cerise sur le gâteau : les repas furent absolument délicieux.

bel endroit, très très isolée et difficile d'accès ,malheureusement la rivière est complètement sans eau , il ne reste donc que la piscine pour se baigner en août très très chaud, pleine d'enfants, le restaurant est une catastrophe, nous avons très mal mangé et la carte ne propose pas grand chose. Le service est agréable mais je ne recommanderais pas d'y aller.

- accès très étroit pour un gros véhicule -des caméras partout, y compris dans la salle de resto: ne vous avisez pas de dérober un petit morceau de pain le matin pour l'emporter: ils vous facturent 7e !! - tarif animaux prohibitif: 15e/j/animal: aucun élément de confort animal en retour, - tarif non indiqué sur le classeur des tarifs de la chambre, et pas stipulé sur site internet , corrigé depuis suite à notre remontrance: c'est ni plus ni moins du racket!

Excellent séjour. Accueil, sympathique, agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. L'établissement est magnifique situé dans un lieu calme. Chambre spacieuse, propre. La restauration est top. Petit bémol l'accès mais l'établissement n'aurait pas autant de charme si il était situé sur un lieu de passage. Je recommande cet établissement.
