Beautifully situated next to the skilift, Bergbana, sauna, hotpod overlooking the valley - ski in/ ski out. I‘d not allow guests to walk to there rooms with their ski boots on… Otherwise great place to be!

The hotel had a nice, modern, and clean appearance and was conveniently located close to the slopes and ski lifts. However, this also meant that we had to take the small free train to get down to the city. The staff generally seemed uninterested in the guests and kept their distance as much as possible, with the exception of Tiffany and Anja, who stood out for their friendliness. At this hotel, you need to request service yourself, as no one will proactively ask if you need anything.

This trip was supposed to be just another Ski trip and it turned out the funniest, delicious (breakfast amazing!), relaxing days in Sweden. We never thought about Åre before, being used to Austria and Germany Mountains, but we are definitely coming back for more. The Ski area is gigantic wide open view. No compares to the Alps but it has its charm.

Location, location, location and excellent service. Rooms are a bit outdated, but if you’re oudtdoors all day, this might not be a problem.
