Gorgeous hotel, brilliant service, lovely breakfast outside and under olive trees. This was our second visit - the hotel has three sites all close together. This visit we were in the second site up the street - this has its own courtyard pool and reception, but you walk down the street to breakfast. I think we preferred staying in the main hotel building, but there’s not much in it. Pools are small, but this is very much a couples retreat - we wouldn’t bring children here. There’s no car park, but we found it very easy to park in free car parks close by. Spa is lovely, gym is tiny!

Beautiful hotel comprised of a few separate buildings. The location is fantastic: we were easily able to walk into the Old Town. To get to the coast or elsewhere, buses may be an option but a car is advisable. We stayed in the main / largest building. There was an issue when we checked in as we had requested twin beds in advance but we were given a double room. The Reception team was very helpful in resolving this and we were moved the following day. The breakfast area, which was outdoors, was lovely although the buffet range available at breakfast is small. However, a number of cooked breakfast options are available. I didn't sense that staff members were able to be very accommodating with certain dietary requests - it only seemed possibly to keep strictly (or very closely) to menu options. This proved to be the case to us when we ordered a bite to eat very late on arrival at the hotel and on another occasion when we ordered a lunch snack. The lack of flexibility was a little disappointing. Our room was very clean and all staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager spoke to guests at breakfast each day and was available if issues / questions arose. In truth I don't think this felt quite like a true 5* star experience however it was a very pleasant stay and the Old Town is beautiful.

Everything other reviewers have said praising this hotel is true. It is a lovely building, the rooms are great, the staff excellent the restaurant is very good, all to the standard you might expect. Having said that it sadly was an awful stay, in that our room, with a great view over the city, was in clear sight of the cathedral clock tower. The clock bell strikes on the hour and quarter hours all through the night, if you are easily woken it will be absolute torture . It was four nights of fitful disturbed sleep in short blocks that was very stressful. Of course nothing the hotel can do about it, but there it is, maybe not all rooms may be so exposed. But that was our experience

A return visit to Faustino Gran and another wonderful experience. I'd say the staff have upped their game and were even more helpful & friendly than previously. We stayed in Can Sebastien which is now our favourite palace and we really loved our room with private patio. Despite there being a wedding on in the main palace on the weekend of our stay, it did not affect our enjoyment and experience. Sadly Casa de Pau was closed for two days due to bad weather but we were able to enjoy one day there, again exceptional service and delicious, simple food. Thank you team for a lovely stay.

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve experienced. Despite being located in the heart of Menorca, it’s easily accessible, with free parking just a 5-minute walk away. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. A special shout-out to the head waiter at breakfast—she was simply superb! The hotel itself is stunning—we stayed at the main location, but they also have two other gorgeous spots in town and one in the countryside, all equally beautiful. I would 100/100 recommend this place and won’t consider staying anywhere else if I ever return!

Stayed at the hotel for the first time and it was lovely. Great staff and the location is second to none. Food was very good, staff excellent and our room was just perfect. Lovely dining area.
