My Wife And I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Alfons at the start of September. From the moment we arrived it had that homely feel. The Reception Staff were particularly friendly and helpful with their advice on places to visit. The food was excellent with a varied menu each day. We wanted a Hotel near to the Old Town. This place was perfect less than ten minutes walk and you were there. Thanks to Willy and his Staff who go us a memorable holiday

Bed mites! And over two weeks of painful nightmares and so much money in creams and pills. I went to the pharmacy and they confirmed those bits were from bed bugs or bed mites. Despite showing my arms at the hotel reception I’ve been given a 10% discount on the future stay!! A joke. I was baffled and even more by myself that me that I’ve stayed for the other nights! I emailed them and I’ve been insulted that I was looking for a big compensation, I am disgusted. No matter what you said, I had a health issue in you hotel and you simply did not give a s**t.

Perfect place for short or longer stay in CIUTADELLA. Close to everything in the city. Guillermo at reception profesional nice and helpfull. Perfect balance price for quality. Breakfasts could be little better since there were no fresh tomates etc.

Very comfortable hotel and well located right next to the historic center, so city tours possible on foot. Very warm welcome (a big thank you to Desi who served us in the evening at table no. 25). Evening meals were delicious and very well presented. Quiet room with balcony, fitness room. I will return there with great pleasure

Our experience has been very good. It is the third time we go to Menorca and we always stay at this hotel, the first time 15 years ago. And this year, with a change of management at the accommodation, they have made renovations that have suited it very well. Note that they now have a small spa and gym. The rooms have been remodeled, and without being luxurious, they are very comfortable and spacious enough, also highlighting the renovation of the bathrooms. There is no complaint regarding personal treatment, from the people who serve you at reception, the cleaning staff and the professionals in the cafeteria section. Highlighting Paulina's attention and professionalism in the cafeteria, very grateful for those delicious breakfasts and that good mood despite the workload, really, it's a pleasure to start the day. Anyway, we have spent 11 nights and we have no complaints. Greetings and see you soon.
