The water park is great for kids it’s just across the road so you can have the best of both being able to go between the two. There is not much around the hotel a 10-15 min walk to the small beach or there is a free bus every hour. The showers in the bathroom is very small we were ok but if you are slightly larger you may have a problem getting in it, the beds are rock hard lots of people mentioned the beds when we were there so it wasn’t just our room. The hotel was spotless the rooms cleaned everyday if you wanted, the whole hotel was so clean and the standard never dropped even though it was the last week of the season. If you like a quiet evening don’t have a pool view room as they look out onto the entertainment so it’s loud till 11pm. There is a small gym which was nice with a cable machine, few weights, treadmill and bike.There is a massive wasp problem which was quite annoying during the day I really don’t know how the staff at the bar managed. The food was average typical all inclusive food, we always found something but Iv had better at other hotels, the ques were unnecessary people could have just queued for the bits the wanted it would have made it quicker. The animation team were absolutely amazing especially Havi my teenagers had a great time and joined in with all the games. All the staff were lovely and you could tell how much they all loved working there.

Had a fabulous time ,would definitely recommend rooms small but clean, food good I thought there was something for everyone, entertainment was good splash park was brilliant , weather was beautiful.overall was a great week there would visit again

After booking this hotel only 6 weeks ago me and mum went there on a last minute all inclusive trip. The Food was amazing with different food options from croissants and fresh fruit in the morning to salads fish and local produce in the evening. The entertainment team were really nice and spoke some good English. With Archery, aqua gym and crazy family games. At one point we asked to speak to the deputy manager about a few things but he sorted them out for us. I’ll will be coming back to the hotel but I’m not sure when.

Best place for a family holiday, the staff there are all so nice, place is spotless and the entertainment crew are great. my kids absolutely loved it, and the splash park. The all inclusive was good, the food was amazing. We would definitely go back again

Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with children. We have a 15, 11 & 7 year old and this was amazing for all of them. The entertainment staff were so good & made the whole experience fun The water park was great for all ages. The restaurant was lovely especially Zayna on the reception she was so lovely every mealtime the food had a good selection each day for all. We was all inclusive & we had unlimited drinks.. snack bar was generous. We stayed in the premium suites & would definitely recommend these they were spacious & very clean.

Great hotel clean easy to get to from airport all the staff are very friendly food has a good range for everyone, fish chicken, pork, well worth a visit we went just out of season and the hotel wasn't packed entertainment staff were very good at keeping everyone happy

Hotel room - clean, spacious, no faults. Hotel staff - 50/50, lifeguard allowed rubber rings when he feels like it so might be ok in the morning not ok in the afternoon. Reception staff often come across rude. Pool - no faults Splash park - floor is rough so pool shoes is a must! Water very salty if you have little ones there eyes get really sore quickly. Location - there is literally nothing around what so ever but is a small shop at the hotel, Bus stop right outside the hotel but we didn’t use the bus. Food/ restaurant - you can only eat in the restaurant can’t take anything out, lots of flies, food often cold/warm. Plenty to choose from always something for the kids to have. Lots of fruit. Ice cream/pancakes. Snack bar is made to order. Entertainment - brilliant! Sunbeds not an issue always found plenty without having to get up and race for one. Can pay a deposit to rent towels €10 a towel. Onsite small gym.

We and our 5 children had a fantastic two weeks in this great Hotel! The staff made it- they were so hospitable! The Animation (Entertainment) team put on a brilliant and varied program throughout every day- I loved the chilled Pilates session in the shade of a palm tree, my teenage sons loved the waterpolo matches and my young daughters danced away at the mini disco. We all loved the evening shows. The restaurant team gave us a wide range of delicious options in the buffet at every meal so all our needs and tastes were met- including our very particular autistic child. I loved the Paella Experience at lunch times- the black squid ink paella was so good! The housekeeping staff were friendly and kind. The Waterpark just next door was fantastic too! Definitely recommend this.
