Manuel served us our breakfast and was charming and informative. Ruud gave us wonderful transit information to get into Sevilla each day. Beautiful linens. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Very informative and approachable. Loved our stay there. Loved Sevilla.

Perfect location for a short citytrip to Seville. Ruud is the Dutch owner and together with his Spanish wife he runs the B&B. They have 5 rooms and we booked number 5, slightly bigger and via some small stairs you get to the bathroom upstairs. The hotel has a cost living space with a self service concept for drinks and small snacks, a nice heather en a beautiful tropical garden with a swimmingpool to enjoy the afternoon sun after a day walking in city. Parking your car is easy and for free in street in front of hotel and busstation is walking distance and brings you in 20 min to city centre; we did not use our car for 3 days. Ruud is the perfect host, helpful and does everything to make his customers happy. Breakfast is fresh and good. We got some good tips from Ruud to explore the less common areas of Sevilla (Triana). We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely visit again!

We loved staying with Ruud, Angeles and their baby and dogs. We had room 5 which is large and comfortable with an ensuite on a higher level. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choice. We slept well as it was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The garden and the pool are both excellent. Ruud gave us lots of helpful information and advice and organised a visit to an amazing flamenco show.

A perfect spot if you're not interested in being in the center of Seville. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, and accommodating. Ruud went out of his way to make me feel at home. B&B Arena will be my place to stay in Seville from now on.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was of high quality. The location was just outside Sevilla and because of that quit. Sevilla was easy to visit by bus or car. Our host Ruud (also Dutch just like us) gave us a fantastic service. He gave us tips and prepared every day a very nice and perfect breakfast.

Ruud welcomed and treated us as a good friend. We enjoyed every minute in this beautifull and super clean villa. Our beds were very comfortable, breakfast was amazing and very tasty and all facilities were with the very high quality. There are very good andalusian restaurants at the walking distance. We definitely recommend B&B Casa Arena Sevilla

Ik kan enkel maar positief zijn over Casa Arena. Topgastheer, die alles doet om een topvakantie te hebben en prachtig huis met gezelligheid van thuis en nabij centrum Sevilla. Ontbijt ook goed verzorgd. Wij komen zeker nog terug. Prijs/kwaliteit top.

We voelde onszelf meteen thuis nadat we met veel zorg en hartelijkheid warm ontvangen waren. Vanuit de B&B ben je met een busrit snel in Sevilla. Natuurlijk speelt goed weer mede een belangrijke rol, maar dat was in ons geval prima. 23 tot 26°C Fijne kamer en iedere dag een heerlijk vers en goed verzorgd ontbijtje. Voor herhaling vatbaar... Bedankt
