A great base to stay during our 6 days motorcycle touring vacation of the Picos Europa. Great roads and instant access to the foothills leading to the mountain region. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was limited, but in a facility that was secure gated at night-time. The breakasts were additional, well-prepared and adequate. The small town has good value bars /restaurants and we dined locally each evening. The town also has two supermarkets which would suffice for any persons self-catering or staying air BnB. Local cash-machine and petrol station also handy. Would definately stay here again.

Great location in the centre of town on the great road of AS114. Great sized room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little strange and was served to us from a menu, it seemed a little disorganised though was very tasty when it arrived with a good cup of proper tea! Massive shout out to the lady on reception who was so kind when we arrived very wet and soggy, on a motorbike, bringing us out an umbrella in the pouring rain and letting us park under a small lean to, thus keeping the bike dry. Unfortunately there was no restaurant or it was shut, not sure which, that was the only downside as unknowingly we arrived in the middle of a cheese festival and it was difficult to find somewhere to eat.

Ideally situated for exploring the Picos. The village itself has several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable with a great mountain view. A good breakfast.

Lovely staff who were extremely helpful, even after we left and had to return for forgotten items!. Good base for walks in the area. Hotel a little tired, felt it could do with some new investment, didn't seem to be many staying when we were there. Rooms were clean, we had a twin (big) and a double (not so big), nice bathrooms. Our rooms were roadside which we found quite noisy in the evening and early hours. If staying again I would see if rooms were available at the rear. Small cart park to the front of the hotel had some creative parking at time! but a larger car park is also available. Hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty of options in Las arenas. We didn't particularly rate the breakfast, so only had it once at the hotel. It wasn't awful, just not as good as the previous place we stayed.

Dated hotel with visible wear and tear. The attic rooms are spacious with brand new bathrooms. The pool and garden area needs more attention. Parking included. Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Great location for hikes and heading to the Cares Gorge. Tip: in the nearby open carpark you will find a new laundromat where you can do your laundry for just EUR5 all inclusive.

The room was clean, spacious and was serviced every day. The bed is one of the best hotel beds I have slept in for a long time. There is on site parking and the gates are locked at night. Breakfast was more than ample with plenty to choose from. Most importantly the staff deserve a mention nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one.

Very helpful staff, good hotel and service. Location is central to town and there is a stream next to the hotel. The roads around the Picos de Europa are excellent, with breathtaking and beautiful valleys and gorges .highly recommended as a location for travel.

Everything was great during our stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect quiet spot to rest when planning to do some hiking. Returning to the peaks we will stay there again. The hotel is in the center of the village and has everything on foot, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, etc.
