It is a very cozy hotel with good service and good breakfast.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the Ward Square. The sights of Arequipa are all around the Arms Square and the location is great.

The hotel is very new, looks chic and is well located. The service was very friendly and helpful; we had a tour that started at 3:00 a.m. and the reception staff has offered active take-away breakfast bags at the check-in. They were also at the reception at 3 p.m. for us. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the washing venue in the morning and the water was not running properly.

We stayed during Christmas, the hotel had a great Christmas atmosphere, the room was spacious, clean, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, the terrace was beautiful and it was close to the main attractions.

Amazing social place with people from all over the world, tho it has no heaters in the rooms. The blankets help to stay comfortable and warm during the night but I had to take three hot showers in a day to warm up. Absolutely beautiful from the decor and layout perspective. Great bar, nice service and central location.

The location is very good! Overall it is OK!

In the central scenic spot, the surrounding laundry is very cheap one kilogram of 10 yuan, is not their home next to it, supermarket restaurants are very close, many surrounding attractions
