I have booked 3 nights in August while visiting the beautiful Bordeaux area. Experience was extremely disappointing in terms of accomodation (room was old and incredibly dirty), rudeness of the staff, low to zero care for green areas and amateur management of the internal restaurant (need to book the breakfast viennoiserie at the bar the day before, no other food served in case of specific nights such as Moules and Frites). English was generally not spoken and global idea was that non french are tolerated but for sure not welcome. Visit and enjoy the beautiful Bassin and France in general, but stay away from this swamp.

LOGEMENTS A REVOIR ET A REFAIRE, cela aurait du etre signalé sur les brochures, de plus nous sommes passés par la CNRACL, infos; piscine exterieure chauffée et plage à 300M sur leur brochure2024 , trop cher en rapport à la qualité ,pas de rideau ni de sécurité fenetres cuisine et salle d'eau ,pas de sécurité aux autres fenetres ,vu pas de volet ,

Flight cancelled and we had no way of reaching the property. Accommodation refused to partially refund or change the date of the visit. Receptionist on the phone was completely rude and unsympathetic to the fact our family holiday had been cancelled on us last minute through no fault of our own. Disgraceful in this day and age that they were completely unwilling to help us in this difficult situation.

Cadre idyllique donnant sur la forêt, résidence très calme mais gros bémol les pieds du lit mesuraient à peine 10 centimètres ce qui évidemment me faisait dormir quasiment au niveau du sol. Pour se lever, à moins d'être très jeune, c'était une acrobatie, nécessitant l'appui d'un meuble pour être enfin debout... Les tabourets ont plus de 20 ans (je les ai connus à l'ouverture de la résidence) il serait temps de les changer afin d'éviter de "se casser la figure" à tout moment !

Bien en hors saison -Site sécurisé pas de voiture …un plus pour les enfants qui peuvent faire du vélo en toute tranquillité + accès piscine intérieure avec des horaires sympas! Notre logement méritait un nettoyage plus profond (housse canapé, rideaux…et literie à changer ) Bonne situation géographique pour visiter le bassin

Logement vétuste dans village A, maison pêcheur mal isolée et pas du tout insonorisée. L agencement intérieur est mal conçu pour 5 personnes : table à déplacer chaque fois pour pouvoir manger, tout petit frigo, tabourets inconfortables, pas de table de chevet dans chambre parents. Ménage correct mis à part les vieux radiateurs très sales. Literie correct. Beaucoup d humidité à l intérieur en février. Tout est en supplément et à un tarif trop élevé : tv, location linge lit et toilette, ménage. Pas de kit de bienvenue offert. Première expérience chez Nemea décevante.
