Our stay at Il Palazzo about a year ago was truly memorable. Nestled in beautiful countryside, this agriturismo offered a perfect blend of relaxation and charm. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the vineyards. While we didn’t have dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and took part in a delightful wine tasting just before the harvest. The experience of sampling their wines amidst the picturesque setting was a highlight of our trip. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with recommendations. Overall, Il Palazzo is a hidden gem, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Italian countryside. Highly recommended!

This place could be so much better! The rooms are lovely, modern and cool and the comfiest bed, beautiful swimming pool area, incredible food at the Resaturant but it’s so let down by the attitude of the staff and the no can do approach. We are so used to the Italian ways of nothing is to much to ask but we didn’t get this here at all. No option for late check out, if you want to purchase wine from the onsite vineyard you cannot through the hotel because the wine shop is shut on a Saturday and Sunday, this doesn’t make sense as they are quite literally losing SO much revenue. Real shame as it’s such a gorgeous hotel and the views are breathtaking!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Laura and all the team at Il Palazzo for making our wedding so special. Il Palazzo holds a special place in our hearts. The chapel was a perfect place for our intimate ceremony with breathtaking views for our photographs. The service we have received from Laura and the team has been truly exceptional. From our initial enquiry early in 2023 through to the event in June 2024 nothing has been left to chance. Laura looked after our every need. She organised the most amazing catering team, celebrant, photographer and ensured that our special day was exactly that and so much more. Our guests enjoyed wine tasting, a pizza party and time relaxing by the pool. The accommodation was beautifully presented, and the staff are second to none. We can’t wait to return.

In date poco favorevoli (notti del 30 e del 31 dicembre 2024) ho pagato 300 euro a notte per un monolocale con angolo di cottura e bagno. Struttura molto ben collocata con buone dotazioni. Il servizio non è il suo forte e ci sono cose migliorabili, come dice il mio collega che scrive referenze. Il vino sal terrae lo propongono a 38 euro in struttura. In rete lo trovo a 20 euro. Sono andato a bussre in vineria ma ho trovato chiuso (in orario di apertura). Con l'auto del personale o del proprietario davanti, ma nessun cartello tipo torno subito. Ho aspettato un po' e me ne sono andato. Come dicevo, migliorabile.

Struttura molto molto bella, un vecchio borgo tipico toscano ristrutturato recentemente. Su una collina che regala, specie al mattino la caratteristica vista delle valli toscane. Ottima posizione vicinissima ad Arezzo. Camere ampie, semplici ma pratiche e confortevoli, non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma c'era tutto il necessario. Hosteria semplice ma accogliente, una nota di merito al ragazzo del servizio, non italiano, ma cordiale, con il sorriso, disponibile ed efficiente. Cucina semplice e tipica toscana, vini dell'azienda molto buoni, possibilità sia di avere bottiglie ma ancora di più tutti al calice regalandoci la possibilità di assaggiare tutta la produzione. Colazione discretamente ricca, semplice e di buona qualità. C'è anche una zona piscina che chiaramente è aperta nel periodo estivo. Bravi e onore al merito di aver avuto il coraggio per riportare all'antico splendore questo piccolo borgo tipico toscano.

Posto incantevole, cibo eccellente e vino delizioso!!! Siamo andati a comprare vino ed olio (sempre di altissima qualità) e la sera abbiamo deciso di rimanere a cena. Un'esperienza meravigliosaaaa in un posto meravigliosooooo. Personale competente, gentile, disponibile e mai invadente. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci! Consigliatissimo

La gentillesse du personnel ❤️ Nikita le chef pour sa superbe cuisine et son merveilleux cours de cuisine ( nous savons enfin faire des pâtes) Paola et Yanelis pour leurs accueil et surtout le sourire Les deux serveurs du soir (toutes mes excuses j'ai oublié les prénoms) pour leur réel engagement à satisfaire le client.
