We traveled as 3 families, parents and toddlers, 10 people in total. Guest interaction: The owner is very accomodating and friendly. The reservation made easy, sufficient in high level of professionalism, regardless my limited ability to communicate in local language. Location : 5 - 10 minutes drive away from the city centre or major attractions yet it feels secluded, closer to nature, offers calmness within the woods. Cleanliness: Being a hotelier myself, i am one of the "Karen" when it comes to accommodation cleanliness, but this villa is spotless and efficiently clean. Ambience: Warm, homey feeling, kids friendly with right temperature. The silence guaranteed us good sleeps, except we have children , otherwise the atmosphere is perfect for a serenity gateway. Parking: Lots of space, private parking lots with remote gates. Price: Great value for money. Within our budget range, it is really not easy to find the accommodation in the area that tick all our boxes. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed two nights with our three grandchildren. We had a whole house to ourselves: enormous kitchen dining area downstairs and at the top a whole flat for the kids. We all loved the space and the quiet. The pool came into its own on both hot afternoons

Casa incastonata in uno splendido scorcio di natura toscana. Luogo tranquillo, accogliente e ben curato. Facile da raggiungere in auto. Comodo parcheggio. A poca distanza, ben servito da buoni ristorantini, market, aree di servizio. Consigliato.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella dependance nel giardino della villa. Un’oasi di pace immersa nel bosco, i titolari molto cortesi e alla mano. Nella struttura c’è tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno; anche se rustico molto accogliente. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici.

Siamo stati ospiti di villa Sargiano per 6 giorni. Tutto è stato perfetto. La casa pulita e fornita di tutto. Molto bella la piscina e la struttura immersa in un parco. Stefania host meravigliosa... Discreta ma attenta e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta... Ci ha anche portato ortaggi appena raccolti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Location nel mezzo della natura, a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Arezzo. Siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente dalla titolare. Camere pulite. Vasta scelta per la colazione. Probabilmente ci ritornerò la prossima estate. Consiglio

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di notti in due stanze essendo con 2 bimbe, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima anche a fornirci una culla. Stanze molto calde ed era presente tutto l’occorrente per la Colazione.
