Not quite as envisaged - converted pig stye, I kid you not! Bathroom antiquated much like the electrical system in the other rooms. No room for clothes to be hung. Bad internet No bar to go for a drink Not really met expectations and didn't settle in properly.

Leaving Arezzo and Relais la Torre is difficult. Our family of six had such an amazing time at this magical place. We cannot thank Tulio, Isabella, Marco, and every person enough for welcoming us and making us feel so at home and comfortable. We stayed in the Baiellina for four nights in the middle of our 1st trip to Italy. It was the perfect location to enjoy Tuscany and unwind in after a busy first few days in Milan and Venice. Tulio helped us arrange anything we would need including taxis to Arezzo. We took part in the cooking class, had absolutely delicious breakfasts and dinners, and relaxed at what must be the most beautiful pool in Tuscany! We highly recommend Relais la Torre to everyone and hope to be back someday soon! P.S. The wines are also amazing!

The place is very beautiful and characteristic, although it is a bit spooky at night in the dark... rooms can be cold in winter and have little privacy since they open onto the ground floor with a window overlooking the courtyard. Furthermore, the room only had a glass entrance door, resulting in the cold coming in from outside. Breakfast I expected more honestly, quite sparse, although the products were all very good and genuine. In short, for the rather high prices charged, we expect something more!

The first evening we participated in a special event: the breaking and salting of pork with a themed dinner.
