Experiencia nefasta. Por los eventos que organizan musica fuerte hasta las cinco de la mañana, totalmente incompatible con el descanso. Hemos ido un grupo de amigos totalmente engañados. La licencia que poseen de actividad y alojamiento no es compatible en absoluto. Ya me dirá la Comunidad de Madrid y el Ayuntamiento de Arganda del Rey que es el responsable de la licencia de apertura que poseen

Lo que eran bungalows de lujo ahora son cabañas abandonadas, pésimo mantenimiento, y el restaurante para cenar mejor no ir, que vergüenza de comida y de servicio, y RATAS GIGANTES en la copa del árbol central de la terraza... Alucinante para denunciarlo a sanidad!! Que abandonó de un sitio tan bonito... Lo que era antes y lo que es ahora...

Buenos días, estuvimos alojados des del día 30 octubre hasta 2 nov ,en el bungalow número 301 ,súper cómodo, las camas súper bien ,limpieza y el ambiente de 10+ ,la parte del restaurante también 10+ ,muy amables ,muy trabajadores y seguramente vamos a volver a este citio .Nusotros somos de Barcelona ,hemos visitado el parke Warner y el de Atracciones y queda súper serca del alojamiento. Si tuviera un supermercado a dentro or al principio de la entrada en el complejo sería genial.... También quiero pintar solo una cosa que no me gustó y entiendo que fue porque un día antes de illegar nusotros a sido una illuvia fuerte y avía poca luz a la entrada antes de illegar a la RECEPCION Y TAMBIEN EN EL APARCAMIENTO DE LA ENTRADA EN EL RESTAURANTE.YO TENGO LOS NIÑOS CON PROBLEMAS DE VISION NOCTURNA Y NOS COSTO ALGO ...EN LAS FOTOS EN PRINCIPIO SALE EL SLOJAMIENTO ILLENO DE LUZ... Agradezco el trato ofrecido ,la limpieza dentro del bungalow durante la estancia ,he dejado portátil a la vista ....,no se ha tocado nada ,no ha faltado nada .RECOMIENDO EL COMPLEJO LA CIGUEÑA 100% .SEGURAMENTE VAMOS A VOLVER EL PROXIMO VERANO!!!

Fuimos a cenar con amigos y un experiencia genial. El pulpo, el cordero, los torreznos y los postres espectqculares. Un 10 para el servicio y la cocina. Repetiremos siempre que volvamos a la ciudad. Gracias al equipo entero. Los chicos de sala y la cocina merecen un agradecimiento especial.

Me encantó el sitio en general: su ubicación,las instalaciones,los servicios. El bungalow en el que nos alojamos muy cómodo, bien ubicado,la piscina estupenda y el restaurante, sobre todo la terraza para cenar fue genial, el ambiente y la comida, pero lo mejor fue ser atendidos por Luna, una profesional como la copa de un pino, súper amable y resolutiva. El desayuno en el restaurante muy completo también; además las vistas al lago, preciosas. El complejo es sin duda un sitio muy recomendable.

SIN VERGÜENZAS!!!! Es lo que mejor describe la calidad humana de los responsables de este establecimiento. Es la segunda vez que estamos aquí pero lo que me parece una gran falta de respecto hará que no volvamos. Alojados del 23 al 26 de agosto, hoy dia 24 mi hija de 5 años tropieza en una rejilla de la ducha de la piscina y con la misma rejilla se corta el pie (visita al hospital y 6 puntos y dando gracias porque aunque parecia que había afectado a algun tendon, solo se quedara en puntos y cicatriz) Al hablar con los responsables y viendo su pasotismo, les indicamos que vamos a poner una queja y aquí viene la falta de respecto. Nos piden que no la pongamos y que a cambio nos ofrecen una cena gratis. Como nos parece una falta de respecto, les indicamos que nos está pareciendo peor, y al rato vuelven con la segunda oferta. Son las 19:30 y nos ofrecen, como la niña no puede bañarse, abandonar el hotel y no nos cobrarían el día de hoy (entendemos que también nos devolverían la noche de mañana) que ya está disfrutado. Ocupamos 2 bungalows y aunque nosotros hemos venido en coche, mis sobrinos tienen billete de vuelta para el lunes con lo que tampoco nos parece una solución. Lo único que merece un GRACIAS, ha sido el comportamiento de los socorristas y monitores de la piscina por el trato humano y la preocupación por la niña y familia.

Vergonzoso. Un servicio pésimo y mal educado. No volveremos jamás. Después de una hora abandonados en una mesa con una botella de agua y tener que levantarnos para reclamar, la respuesta de porque nadie había traído la comida o nos habían atendido era que "es lo que hay" "y si quieres vete". No se lo recomiendo a nadie, ni el servicio ni en trato. Un año más que se están cargando el complejo.
