The hotel is very clean, and friendly staff. Not far from the town it's small town but wonderful views of Como lake. Come from Milan to Como Giovanni Station. Take the bus C 10, or C20 then walk to the hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable even though one couldn’t increase the heat in the cold bathroom - apparently it was 20 degrees in there and that was all we got, but it felt more like 15 - chilly if you want to shower. When we arrived and throughout our stay, we felt like we were just an anonymous number. The staff - except a friendly young lady - spoke only Italian and pretty much ignored us the whole time. Dinner was ok but nobody took the time to speak to us about anything, or asked if we liked the food or needed anything. It seemed they were glad when we left. Breakfast was excellent. Despite the cozy bed we slept badly - so much noise. The road is right by the hotel and even though there isn’t tons of traffic, it’s enough to disturb the piece until midnight. At night the neighborhood dogs barked incessantly. Monday morning was a lot of traffic. I had to sleep with earplugs. The decor of the hotel was very unique and beautiful. Would not go back though.

Beautiful, authentic and meticulously maintained hotel with a great restaurant. A few years ago we ate the papperdelle with ragu (from wild boar) and came back especially for it this year. Fantastic taste! Because this time we stayed one night in the hotel, also had dinner there. All dishes were tasty and wonderful and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The delicious wine and a roaring fire made it complete. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommended! We were a group of 50 people and we all had a great time Thanks to the good food and super helpful staff! The location is beautiful as it is surrounded by nature and close to Argegno, about 10 min. It is also highly recommended for passionate motorcyclists and motorists looking for a refreshment point between one curve and another.

Albergo a 400 metri di altitudine ma comunque a cinque minuti dal lago. Camera ampia e molto pulita, la nostra con vista parziale su uno scorcio del lago. Come aspetto negativo segnalo la colazione poco varia, con prodotti industriali e fruibile solo dalle 8:30.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel à l'automne. L'expérience fut plutôt positive mais quelques petits détails viennent un peu assombrir le tableau. La bonne nouvelle, c'est qu'ils peuvent être gommés assez facilement. Il manque quelques crochets ou porte-manteaux pour pouvoir faire sécher les vêtements humides après une randonnée sous la pluie, d'autant que le chauffage n'est pas des plus efficace... Il manque des tentures capables de bloquer la lumière du jour pour ne pas être réveillé au lever du soleil (qui passe à travers les volets qui ne ferment pas bien... ). Dans un pays de café comme l'Italie, des sachets de "Nescafé" dans la chambre, c'est moyen... La literie pourrait être plus confortable (matelas et oreillers très durs)... Le vin de la maison est à éviter... Bref, ce genre de détails qui peuvent facilement être améliorés. A part ça, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking vaste et accessible, ce qui n'est pas forcément le cas partout au lac de Côme. La situation est aussi un gros plus : on est au calme en dehors de la ville mais proche de tout. Un sentier permet même de rejoindre le centre du village en 30 minutes. Enfin, le petit déjeuner dispose de sucré et salé pour contenter tout le monde.

Ottimo hotel. Sono stato con mia moglie. Location splendida, staff cordiale e si mangia benissimo. Da provare la polenta uncia. Pulizia della camera perfetta, letto confortevole. Finalmente in questo posto si respira aria pulita fuori dalla routine quotidiana della città.
