The room was ok except it needed more pillows and updated hairdryer where you don’t have to hold the button. The pool, work out room and spa was closed for 2 days and we were only there for 3. Hotel service in restaurant could be more pleasant. Hotel in an area which there is not much to do and car service is very limited to taxis , no buses.

Very nice hotel and very kind staff. Good restaurant and friendliness on all fronts. "Less positive" note for the Spa. But it's a personal matter. Everything very clean. Comfortable room but the single beds pushed together are annoying, the truth is, good breakfast. The spa is combined with a semi-Olympic swimming pool open to the outside so there are people swimming and us in the tub.

Pleasant weekend with overnight spa and massage package. The structure is new in some places, but in some areas a little dated. Friendly and helpful staff. Quality restaurant at affordable prices and average masseuses. All in all we had a very good time. Only piece of advice: the spa should be revised a bit in detail... perhaps make it more comfortable and refined, in order to attract more customers. Good luck

We used a smartbox package and were very happy with it. Large hotel, well kept, perfectly clean. The rooms are equipped with a minibar, hairdryer, fantastic sofa, super-stocked courtesy set including sewing kit, shaving set, combs, nail file, as well as the usual caps, shampoo, shower gel and intimate hygiene. Commendable staff always ready and available, they also advised us where to go with a written note. Super abundant breakfast with various sweet and savory choices. The spa is nice and the rooms are large, the only note is that it is a little too noisy because the training pools are very popular. However, I had a very good time and if I were to return to the area, I will definitely return.

In the bathroom, the shower looked like Las Vegas, which I would have stayed in all evening, but resting my head on the pillow that looked like a duvet, I fell asleep like a baby. I stayed for one night in this property during a mototour. Nice and kind receptionists, large and clean rooms, perhaps not too updated. Very good catering, breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory. Overall a good facility.

We put our wedding guests in this hotel because of its good location. Unfortunately, most of the guests complained to us because many of the rooms smelled of smoke. The staff had to be told several times that we wanted to change rooms. Unfortunately, not all guests could be satisfied. The hotel definitely benefits from its good location because the staff is unfriendly, incompetent and arrogant. When we wanted to talk about it again at check-out, they repeatedly blamed the cleaning staff and did not react in a customer-friendly manner. They also charged me for one night's stay by a guest who had already paid for it. I have been asking the hotel for over a month now to send me the bill so that I can check. But they do not respond to my emails and WhatsApps. On the phone they always say that unfortunately no one from the office is here. That is simply unacceptable for a 4-star hotel
