The Best Vacation Ever. Seriously! The service is out of this world. Daniel (For us, he's like family) Maria from the reception (Greek Mom ☺️) Lambros The best bartender, always smiling, showing us new tricks every day for a week. We wondered when it would end... It never did, something new every day plus the best drinks Mariza from the Minimarket Always smiling from the moment you enter, helps you with your shopping. Manager Mr. Panagotis, we call you Mr. F1 Driver ❤️ skillfully riding a scooter around the hotel. You are always at work but always have a moment to smile. Respect! We also greet the gardener who made our day every morning. Always walking around smiling and waving at us in a beautiful hat ❤️ you are wonderful! I won't elaborate on the food and the cleanliness of the rooms because, as others have written before, everything is TOP 10/10! Thank you, see you next year! Room 410 ☺️

Hotel neat, regularly cleaned, towels changed daily. Located in a quiet area, remote from the hustle and bustle. Delicious food. Staff always smiling and helpful. In the relaxation area Sofia took care of us, took care of our well-being and comfortable rest. I recommend this place to people who are thirsty for relaxation in a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful place.

Hotel Golden Coast Family godny polecenia. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, jest czysto i świeżo. Jedzonko różnie, ale myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobre są ciasta. W restauracji i barze zawsze porządek. Drinki pyszne. Jest jeden menedzer ( gerk) jest nie przyjemny i nie miły. Jeździ tylko na hulajnodze elektrycznej w garniturze w brudnych butach i zamiast rozwiązywać problem on go stwarza. Za to Daniel jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Zawsze się uśmiechnie, podejdzie i zapyta czy wszystko w porządku. Bez obaw można podejść do niego i zawsze udzieli porad. Polecam że wszystkim kierować się do Daniela.

Thank you very much for beatiful holidays!!! Staff is very helpful!! View from restaurant is amazing!! Food is very delicious and a lot of choices. Clean and new rooms, a lot of flowers around Incredible drinks from a bar! I think we definitely come back!!!

The hotel is located on a nice, but quit area with a beautiful view at the beach and the sea. The food in the restaurant was very good and more than enough choice for everyone. All the hotelstaf was very kind, friendly and they work hard every day with a smile on their face. We want to give a special shoutout to the barstaff Gianni and Eleni. They made our stay in the hotel even more pleasant. We also like to thank the hard working manager who was taking care for the guests having the best stay in the hotel. We also have some minor points for improvement: It would not be an unnecessary luxury if water were available 24 hours The appearance of the hotel could use a bit of color and decoration. The bathroom is in need of some renovation. Here and there large mold spots. We also wondered what inspired the architect of this hotel when he designed it. The logic of the building itself and the layout of the rooms were lacking. Despite these areas for improvement, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Golden Coast resort. Hey there, fellow travelers, I gotta be real with you all about my recent stay at GOLDEN COAST BEACH (-1 star hotel) part of (PANELYIA GROUP RESORT HOTELS & VILLAS) in Zakynthos. I mean, I was excited to have a chill time, but it turned out to be a total nightmare. First off, the place was anything but clean - don't even get me started on the stairways; they were like a total mess! And the noise? Ugh, it was like a never-ending party next door, and sleep? Forget about it! One of the most alarming incidents was when I got stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction. This caused significant distress and anxiety, and I had to wait for an extended period before being rescued. But wait, it gets worse. Brace yourself, because my credit card info got scammed while I was using the beach bar. Can you believe that? And when I told the manager, guess what? He acted like it happens all the time - like it's no big deal! Talk about security at a private resort. Worst part? They didn't even care about my safety or refunding the rest of our messed-up stay. Nope, they were only worried about their online reviews - talk about priorities, huh? So, here's my advice: steer clear of GOLDEN COAST BEACH. Seriously, don't risk your hard-earned money or personal info at this place. It's just not worth the trouble and stress. Stay smart, folks!
