Отдыхали с семьей ( 2 взрослых и 2 детей) в августе 2023 года. При заселении произошла очень неприятная история. Мы оплатили номер ( полулюкс с дополнительным местом для детей-раскладным диваном), но в отеле нам сообщили, что ребенок 4 года не имеет спального места, попросили еще дополнительно оплатить 8 тыс рублей. Директор отеля сказала, что ей все равно сколько мы оплатили, что во всем виновата турфирма. В итоге ситуация никак не разрешилась, забрали из номера доп. раскладушку, и маленький ребенок спал между двумя кроватями без подушки. Руководство и администраторы отеля повели себя очень непрофессионально, для которых комфорт их клиентов ничего не значит!!!

Ужасное место. Из плюсов неплохой номер и на этом все. Остальное один сплошной минус. Ни территории, ни нормального персонала. Администратор (женщина ) совершенный неадекват. Уже при первой встече была чем то недовольна. Дальше больше-замок в номере поломался, вместо решения проблемы предложили съехать в грубой форма , да еще обвинили что ребенок туда что то засунул ( замок электронный) скважин замочных небыло впринципе и карта хранилась у админа. Угрозы что мы его и будем оплачивать. Недовольство что ребенок 3 лет вышел на балкон раздетым. Переехали в отель Оазис.-территория, бассейн, стоянка, развлечения и замечательный персонал.. Очень сожалею , что повелась на предыдущие хорошие отзывы об Аквариусе и красивые фото. Хотите испортить себе отпуск-Вам туда.
