This hotel boasts an exceptional location for travellers with early flights, situated right at the heart of the terminal. The hotel is around 1.5 km away from the airport and free shuttle bus to the airport is provided. You don’t have to arrange in advance because it comes very frequently (every 15 minutes). But I did miss the Bus because I didn’t check out the bus departure board to know which bus stop. We arrived late (late for Sweden-standard which is almost 9pm) at Terminal 2 arrival and the WH Smith was already closed. There were no shops/restaurants at the vicinity of the hotel and my only option was the hotel restaurant/room service. There were clementines and free water provided though. But it seems that the water bottles in the mini bar in the room are only free for Radisson Rewards members. When checking-in at the hotel, there was long queue so I decided to use the automatic kiosk. However, I was assigned a bad room (located at another building) and I couldn’t find the room. So we went to the human reception and he assigned us a better room. All in all, even though the check-in process was long, at least I learned how to check-in using a kiosk. The bed was comfortable but I do miss the old experience of just watching TVs in the hotel room. The TV was not connected to local tv channels and therefore our only option was to use the Chromecast and then watch Netflix. The next day, we just checked out online and then dropped off the card at the reception and took the bus to the airport. It was in December so the whole place was covered in snow. Still very magical!

The service was good . We can kept our luggage there. The shuttle bus service is free. The bus stop infront of Terminal 2and 4. At terminal the bus stop at 13. It run every 30 min. The room is ok. The breakfast served since 4 am. not much variation but nice. They don't have a real time of the shuttle bus schedule, so you have to wait for it.

Excellent location with a complementary shuttle service from/to the airport every 30 min. The rooms are spacious and clean. It includes a kettle so you can make coffee or tea any time during your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is served between 4 am and 10 an. and you have plenty of options to choose from. Great choice if you need to catch an early flight next morning.

The most convenient thing about this hotel is that there is a car to and from the airport to the hotel, but there is no car to the city! The previous booking was misled, thinking that there was a shuttle bus to the city, there was no. Free coffee and hot water are provided in the hotel, but the sanitation in the room is average. The radiator can't adjust itself... The bed on the wall is a little hard.

The hotel is an independent house, each house has eight rooms, although the room is not large, but clean, there is a separate bathroom, bathing hot water is also very convenient. The hotel has an airport bus that will take off every half hour, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very good, there is a jysk home pavilion next to the hotel, the environment is quiet and beautiful. The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrush toothpaste, this needs to be prepared by yourself. Overall, the hotel is quite good.
