AAnnaLarge room, no slippers, threw out all the white socks (not the first time in the US), cleaning is lousy, once after cleaning they took out things that did not belong to me, shower is not removable, all sorts of things, breakfasts are meager and monotonous. The price is too high.

WWrightWe had no idea where to stay and decided the ritz Carlton. Little did we know that the hotel was connected to the mall we traveled from Virginia to visit! It was an absolute time saver and the most convenient hotel we’ve ever stayed in….besides Disney World 😁. Had the best time! Would recommend to all and will only be staying at this hotel when visiting DC.

GGuest UserThe shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns.
The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00.
All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation.
Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

GGuest UserLocated in Crystal City, adjacent to Reagan National Airport, it is six or seven minutes away from the Blue Line and Yellow Line subway stations. Take the Yellow Line subway for three or four stops to the main scenic spots in the city, and two stops away from the Pentagon subway station. It takes a little longer to take the Blue Line to the White House, which takes more than 20 minutes. Overall, it is quite convenient. The hotel is surrounded by a new city, which is not very lively, but it is very safe. There are many fast food restaurants, cafes and hotels on the same street. The Hilton Garden Inn in the United States is similar, with two Queen beds (1.5 meters), American breakfast, laundry room and gym. Notes: 1. The soundproofing of the room is OK, but the even-numbered rooms face the street, and there are occasional noises of racing cars and police cars at night; 2. The room was booked with breakfast, but the front desk did not give me a coupon when I checked in. The next day, the restaurant waiter opened a bill of more than 60 dollars. I personally think that breakfast of 20 dollars is a bit expensive; 3. I went to the front desk to ask for a meal coupon and gave it to the waiter, but the waiter still asked for a tip because she served me (poured a cup of coffee! They put away the coffee pot, you can't find it, and serve you when guests come, full of routines! The next day I didn't give a penny, and had breakfast by myself); 4. I stayed for four nights, and the room was not cleaned up on the second day. Although I heard that it was cleaned up every three days, I asked the front desk and it was cleaned up, which was not bad. 5. There are blind spots in the sanitation. When I checked in, I found urine stains on the back of the toilet seat, which instantly discounted my impression score.

GGuest UserIt was good to enjoy good service at a good hotel.. The staff was friendly at the time of check-in and the condition of the room was excellent. The room was so good that I wanted to stay again and I would like to recommend it to other salma. All the facilities, including the amenities in the room, were perfect. It's a two-star hotel, but I don't know why it's two. I think it's okay to make it a little more generous and give it about four stars. It has the advantage of location. You should enjoy it, too.

AAnonymous UserPros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual.
Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

GGuest UserJust spent the night. Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 11am. Check out is a bit early. I’d hope for at least noon. The shuttle schedule is awful. Peak times there is no shuttle service. I guess the plus side is it’s only a 10 or so minute walk to the metro.
Breakfast is just meh. It comes with the room but def nothing to get up and rush down for.
The check in (front desk) staff was nice. I think you may get better rate booking directly with hotel.
I’d stay again if in the area.

GGuest UserThe location is great! Just a 5-min walk from Ballston MU Subway Station. The hotel needs renovation. The lifts were alike those in the days of 1970s, and needed to be replaced. I checked in the hotel at around 4-5pm, the process was slow, as only one staff was on-duty. My room was spacious, though the furnitures were old-fashioned. The bedding sheets were quite new. My room was on the 6th floor facing the main road, but not much traffic noise heard at night time.
