Great location and beautiful grounds. Service good overall. A few services issues at times - slow response times or having to ask for request more than once. Overall stay was a good experience though.

Room booking wasn’t done properly that took them more than 2 hours to resolve. Nice views, nice beach club.

The hotel was very good with excellent service.I had booked the standard four-quad, but when we arrived there, we realized the air conditioning was quite noisy and the room was smelling of mopho. I talked to the reception and we were quickly exchanged for the four-sized comfort, this with a split air conditioning, quiet and the very comfortable room, chalé. I recommend to families, but with attention to the type of room because of the small problem mentioned above.

The hotel is incredible,it only sinned in two items that were not in the room, mirrors and place to leave the beach clothes to dry,in the lack of sun everything is in the bathroom without place to hang the parts.And essential mirror in the room and had no.But finally. The rest of the hotel was very wonderful.

Large rooms, almost no artificial lighting, public areas are very new and complete, and a wide variety of breakfasts. Due to the small number of people affected by the pandemic, the food ordering service in the pool area takes a long time. Room cleaning will only be carried out on the 01 day of the 3 nights of the 5 nights we requested to stay in the hotel. The parking system adopts a first-come, first-served principle. In peak season, there is no parking space suitable for everyone. The employees are receptive and helpful, which greatly improves the customer's awareness of a good experience.

The service at the pool by the waiters, especially Danilo, deserves a round of applause. The menu has fair prices for different tastes and dishes. Everything very delicious. Don't forget to try the super filling shrimp pastry and the sun-dried meat with cassava.
