There is so much to say that I can sum it up in one sentence: choose another hotel. There are several problems: since there is no parking, the car stays on the street, but you have to pay for the Blue Zone (R$4.80 per hour). In other words, the entire time you stay at the hotel you are paying to leave your car on the street. The stairs that go from the street to the hotel have some loose steps. It is dangerous. The owner made a point of not being friendly for a single day. The cats that roam around there are friendlier - and the owner even spoke badly about one of them, emphasizing that it was not hers. There is a lack of care and maintenance in several places. The bedroom and bathroom doors are sticking, the toilet paper is dirty (and they thought it was bad that I complained), I had to ask for a floor for the bathroom because there was none, and the shower stall is half full, which makes the whole bathroom get wet during the shower (“it’s a trend”, the owner told me). There are ants in the room, the breakfast is poor (one day it seemed like there was only leftovers), there is no shower to use in the pool and the music is usually loud until late. One of the rooms is a small extension that looked like a garage. I'm glad I didn't stay there. And what's more: the owner also told me that she doesn't care about the reviews on the websites. In other words, she doesn't want to improve.

Hotel excelente com uma vista espetacular como os donos e ou funcionários realmente gente boa com um café da manhã bem rico feito com muito capricho também a limpeza dos quartos é ótima nos gostamos muito de tudo e de todos obrigado pra tudo Lisa e Fulvio

Maravilhoso !!!Atendimento SENSACIONAL ! CAFÉ DA MANHÃ muito bom !Ficamos no quarto familiar .O hotel tem restaurante e cafeteria , um italiano nos atendeu ,o Aldo ,ele foi super simpático e todos os funcionários nos trataram bem . Culinária italiana nota mil! Já queremos voltar. Amamos !

El Hotel es un 2 estrellas justas , pintoresco, un poco descuidado, la entrada al hotel tiene una subida impresionante , no es recomendable ir con personas mayores ya que se les complicaría mucho el llegar , no cuenta con una escalera que suba totalmente sino que es empedrado. La habitación era la mas económica , super standard , no tenia teléfono , ni cable , si internet mirábamos YouTube. Los empleados no eran amables , solo un par de personas que puedo rescatar El desayuno es muy básico. Seria bueno que se capaciten , siempre es bueno mejorar y ese lugar lo necesita. Que sepan que tienen que tratar bien a los huéspedes y no gritarles y maltratarlos, LA SONRISA EN PARTE DEL UNIFORME!!! y LOS PROBLEMAS SE DEJAN EN LA PUERTA. La vista es hermosa realmente, No volveria , no por el lugar, sino por el maltrato que tuve de parte de la dueña. Un Horror Total.

Eu foi nesse hotel, eu amei mesmo, os donos sou muito gente boa e todos os pessoal também é excelente e muito prestativo, gostei também do café da manhã e do ristorante,também gostei da limpeza dos quartos e o lugar tem uma vista mar maravilhosa, muito obrigado tudo!

Que hotel maravilhoso! Sem contar que comidas saborosas, as pessoas são muito receptiva ! Adorei ! Fica perto da praia , a vista é linda ! Você acordar olhando para o mar ! Uma piscina incrível , um café da manhã espetacular ! ! Para família , reuniões e até mesmo para festejar
