O hotel é maravilhoso, no centro perto de tudo para ir andando, quem é de fora do país é excelente pra fazer amizades, no hotel tem um grupo de moradores e sempre tem atividades para se fazer. Eu só nao gostei muito do café da manha pois como boa brasileira eu gosto de café da manhã em buffet a vontade, e lá o café é de forma individual, você escolhe uma opção entre 5 que tem e eles te servem, tem opções para gringos e brasileiros, mas gosto mais de comer a vontade e escolher, fora isso foi tudo completamente perfeito.

Once again, the Serena Hotel has surprised us for the service and quality of service! We stay in a huge and very comfortable room!!! Without talking about staff education and a beautiful breakfast!!!
