Rhonda was a good communicator and excellent hostess, making you feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast she prepared was delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The fireplace is ornamental, but the air conditioning perfect. The room smelled fresh, clean with pleasing aroma from fresh flowers placed around the room. All the complimentary items, such as shower gel, shampoos, tea coffee, were of the highest standard and added to the luxurious feeling, one has when staying here. Will definitely make this our place to stay when next passing through.

Our stays in the beautiful and spacious Ruby Suite at Loloma Bed & Breakfast, Armidale, have always been very enjoyable. We recently stayed in late November and December when passing through to/from Queensland. Host Rhonda makes her guests feel so welcome and comfortable; fresh flowers in the tastefully appointed suite, chocolate treats beside the bed, quality bed and bath linen, L’Occitane bath products, and the most inviting breakfast. Loloma oozes much period charm, offering two beautiful suites which are adjacent to the lovely breakfast conservatory, such a favourite spot. Many thanks again Rhonda for another wonderful stay. Hoping to return again when we next pass through Armidale.

We were met graciously by the owner who was most helpful with advice about the accommodation, local eateries and places to visit. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and with lots of room to sit around in. Breakfast was provided with some options and beautiful fresh fruit. I had undercover parking and was able to wash the heavy dust off my car after a visit to a local picnic spot. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed in the sapphire room, so clean and tidy - breakfast was amazing Rhonda was so helpful in all aspects from dinner, flowers for cemetery, nothing Wass too much to ask Walking distance to town and parks All other B&B should learn from her
