Sunburst

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks. This is essentially a bachelor apt so everything is open - bedroom, kitchen, dining. A few things to be aware of. 1. Towels do not get replenished - for 2 adults we got 2 towels on Day 1. When we asked for fresh towels on Day 3, we were told 'Thats not an option. A second set of bedding was in the room so we could change the sheets ourself but no extra towels for 2week stay. We ended up paying a local lady for laundry service and buying extra towels to use and take to the beach. The host said the listing from ******* was not accurate... 2. Reliable water pressure and warm water is NON-EXISTENT! The villa is in the mountain side. If you need to wash your hair in the shower, that's not happening! You have about 3mins of consistnent water pressure then it shuts off or goes to a trickle. Plan accordingly. Hubby had a bucket with boiled water that he used to help me out. 3. Internet was good. But watching TV was a challenge. There is a Roku Smart TV but you need your own platform accounts to watch Netflix etc. That info is not provided. The space was clean and parking was typically not an issue. Just a few things to know before booking or packing.

The host disputed the stained sheet found on arrival, and was withdrawn and unsupportive from that moment onward. Exposed wires in the shower. Unresponsive to requests. Would not keep luggage after checkout for late evening flight. No eye contact and avoidant behaviour. Never introduced us to his partner/host, even after being asked several times. Terrible attitude to display towards any guest!! Disappointing experience.
