Rooms downgraded - I have booked two double rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids, at arrival they gave us 2 single rooms. Double rooms were all occupied. They proposed to move to another hotel with a family room for 4, this did not work (one of the kids went asleep in the reception while we were waiting for the manager to address the issue). The hotel is stuck in the 70's, with little to nothing maintenance (room locks, bathrooms, cable radio?, see photos). Hotel refused any reimbursement.
