Camera pulita ed ordinata, situata in un hotel fronte lago. Personale cordiale. Parcheggio gratuito a disposizione degli ospiti. Ristorante disponibile con tavoli in una terrazza coperta.

Nice hotel with fantastic lake views. The rooms are comfortable with good breakfasts and pleasant staff. Popular with group travel and the hotel treats groups efficiently. Only minor issue is the walk to town. The walkway is narrow a long a sometimes busy road. The restaurant has some high points and a good wine list.

Hotel has the best view over lake. Parking is tight but appreciative it is next to hotel and free. We had dinner at their restaurant the first night and will not be back. Pasta carbonara is horrible. The pasta was so under cooked it stuck to my teeth. The gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce was paste-like with no flavor. The waiter never came back to ask how our meal was. He was very attentive to the other 3 occupied tables as they spoke Italian. Felt like we were invisible. It is our fault we didn’t complain, but didn’t think it would matter. Approximately $40, one of the more expensive meals and definitely the worst.

A completely relaxing stay. We arrived at the hotel with our car on the back of a breakdown truck after a long drive. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful unloading our luggage and helping us to the room. Unfortunately for us my wife broke her wrist during our stay and once again the hotel staff were exceptional with their support throughout our stay by looking out for her whilst I was working and also with help during conversation with medical staff on the phone. Really cant praise them enough. The hotel is very clean, restaurant food for breakfast and evening meal really nice and reasonably priced.

Rooms downgraded - I have booked two double rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids, at arrival they gave us 2 single rooms. Double rooms were all occupied. They proposed to move to another hotel with a family room for 4, this did not work (one of the kids went asleep in the reception while we were waiting for the manager to address the issue). The hotel is stuck in the 70's, with little to nothing maintenance (room locks, bathrooms, cable radio?, see photos). Hotel refused any reimbursement.

Very good cuisine excellent friendly and courteous staff abundant breakfast lake view ok a little difficult the walk to the center of Arona to return very good the end of year dinner plentiful

From all rooms of the hotel there is a spectacular view of the lake. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and well heated. At breakfast we found an incredible and abundant variety of options in addition to foods for celiacs and people on a diet. And then even late you can still find anything.
