給朋友定的房間。本不想評價。這種情況已經不是第一次了。以為第一次是一時疏忽！沒想到這酒店就是這經營方法！表面光鮮亮麗！
衞生：這個價位在阿榮旗來説也不算很便宜，床單，被罩，枕套，百分百不是一客一換。微弱燈光看不出臟。仔細看是真的臟！而且剛入住的房間床上有頭髮！躺一會渾身癢！
服務：新入住的客房床單被罩沒換，很臟。而且還有幾根頭髮。叫保潔換一下新的床單被罩態度好像是客人的錯。酒店前台還可以。
環境：再説隔音。跟十幾年前住的小旅店沒有任何區別。兩個房間中間就一張木板嗎？隔壁倆男的説話聽的一清二楚。他們並沒有喊。就是正常説話。聽的清清楚楚。這覺睡的是真熱鬧。

這個酒店服務態度太差了，第一天晚上回來保潔把我電熱器關了，半夜回來冷的半天緩不過來。後面交代了一下，保潔下午才過來開個一檔。一共住了五晚，不換床單就算了，衞生間不交代就不打掃。收毛巾倒是收挺快，收了還不放。1.31晚上的女服務員態度特別差，我打電話説今天房間沒收拾，紙巾沒有了也不補，她説她問一下保潔她們，砰一聲把電話掛了，把我耳朵震的呀！到底有沒有打掃，客人能感覺不出來嗎，難道還貪這一包紙巾嗎。後面送紙大叔態度好，説確實是沒打掃，沒給紙巾。反正總體極度不推薦，服務太差了，後面來阿榮旗也不會再住這個酒店了！

總體來説不錯，不盡人意之處有2點:一是熱水系統沒做好，洗澡時水流實在太小了，很不舒服。二是不像別的酒店那樣提供充足的礦泉水。需要花2元1瓶另外購買。

作為此次大草原之行的第一站，阿榮旗鼎潤酒店讓我太失望了，給了我太多的不開心，2號晚上7點多到達阿榮旗鼎潤酒店辦理入住，結果前台小女孩告訴我，我下午已經取消該酒店當晚的訂單，我説因為我之前不確定具體出發時間，定了該酒店兩天晚上的入住，但是確定後就取消了一天，我取消的是3號的，不是今天入住的，而且我進入攜程平台，讓工作人員看記錄，工作人員不看不説，衹是反覆的説，我們的電腦就是看到你取消今天晚上的入住，我説那還有房間麼，告訴我都滿了！我懷着美好的心情開始旅行，結果我有可能在人生地不熟的地方沒有地方住，露宿街頭？？真是可笑，然後我開始和攜程平台溝通，攜程平台確定了我是取消了明天的入住，而不是當天的，平台説幫我溝通，溝通後，前台和我説，之前因為看到我取消了訂單，把我的兩件房間當做鐘點房賣掉了，告訴我等一個多小時之後可以入住，又有房間了，也不知道一開始和我説沒房間是不是想加高價賣給我，我説是我的問題還是你們的問題，前台説是她們的問題，她們看錯了，但是從頭到尾我沒有聽到一句道歉的話！包括告訴我一個多小時後入住，態度也趾高氣昂！但是有房間可以住，我想的是息事寧人！但是第二天早上退房，更讓人無語，因為入住交了按金，退房時前台告訴我他們查完房會退回原來的賬户，直接走就可以，這麼多年入住這麼多酒店，要不就是沒有按金，要不就是知道沒有消費，錢原封不動退回來，我們在裝車行李的時候，發現按金退回有扣費，我在回去溝通的時候，客房阿姨説我們用了避孕套產生扣款，後來承認是昨天上個客人走查房不仔細，和我們入住沒有關係！但是也沒有道歉！我想説，就這樣的服務，這樣的管理，這家酒店怎麼可以經營好！我真的是謝謝了！
