From the moment you book to the time you leave it has been an experience. The staff are exceptional and extremely friendly. As for value for money. The bed is extremely comfortable, and devine. The restaurant good value for money. That said the restaurant immediately next door is amazing too. For a weekend break would throughly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed in room 161 on the end of the first floor a modern double room with shower and toilet. The room has plenty of wardrobe space for all my gear, a radiator & a hairdryer to dry out my skiing gear and good Wifi reception. The 32 inch TV only has one English speaking channel Bloomberg. I would have liked a plastic shoe tray to put my snowy/muddy shoes on instead of messing the floor slightly. The breakfast is clearly the best thing in this hotel. Butter, jams, chocolate moose and yoghurts are made from scratch in glass pots in a fridge then laid out. The coffee macchiato is a hot milky coffee but make sure you use the tall glass otherwise you will overfill the wide coffee cup using the drinks machine. The cooked breakfast is to order the scrambled eggs with herbs is very nice. The duck or chicken eggs I like too. There are plenty of bread types even gluten free bread rolls. The older lady that does the breakfasts and organises the kitchen deserves extra praise for her service taking the cooked breakfast orders. The food is so good that you don't feel the need to eat during the day. The ski boot room is in a separate out building and has enough space but not any boot dryers. So I leave my shell and dry the liners in my room. For Arosa which is like a mini St Moritz the hotel offers good value for money. The hotel shuttle van driver gets you to the station for the ski lifts in 3 or 4 minutes otherwise it's a a steep uphill 15 to 20 minute walk up an icy road. Coming back in ski gear downhill to the hotel it takes 10 or 15 minutes depending. The hotel bar, evening eating and breakfast areas are well decorated. There is not any swimming pool or spa or sauna here. I have stayed in the Hotel Altein nearby and it's tough to choose between the two normally the price dictates. Overall it's worth staying here with the extensive breakfast being the main draw.

Perfectly located , just away from the centre of action, with wonderful views and cozy rooms, the Seehof is a gem. The service is awesome, Jayjay at the reception and the ladies serving breakfast, they all give it a personal touch! Awesome stay !

Das Hotel überzeugt mit seinem Charme, seiner guten Lage und den schönen Zimmern. Das Team der Gouvernante macht einen tollen Frühstücksservice. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet überzeugt durch regionale und selbstgemachte Produkte und es wird versucht alles so nachhaltig wie möglich zu gestalten. Nach dem Service übernimmt das Team die Zimmerreinigung. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Servicemitarbeiter am Abend im Restaurant und an der Bar sind auf Zack und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Leider kann man auf die Mitarbeiter an der Reception keine Lobeshymne singen, da es hier an Gastfreundlichkeit fehlt. Man fühlt sich eher als Störfaktor anstatt herzlich Willkommen zu sein. Da wir mit einer Gruppe vor Ort waren, kamen wir in den Genuss eines Gruppenmenus am Mittag und am Abend. Es ist ja nicht das Gleiche wie à la carte, dennoch kann man etwas mehr erwarten. Ja, es war essbar, aber ohne jede Liebe zubereitet, geschweige denn mit Abwechslung beim Salat, Suppe (2x am Tag die gleiche) oder Dessert - und 3 Tage hintereinander etwas mit Hackfleisch. Schade! Vielleicht das nächste Mal wieder… Dennoch kann ich das Hotel Seehof empfehlen, aber einfach nur mit Frühstück ;-)

L'albergo sorge in una posizione molto tranquilla. Le camere con vista sul laghetto garantiscono anche un'ampia veduta sulle montagne. La camera è bella a una prima occhiata ma osservando più nel dettaglio si può notare che alcune ristrutturazioni sono state solo di facciata (es: il vecchio sistema di ventilazione del bagno). In generale è comunque confortevole e permette di godersi il soggiorno. Personale molto gentile. La colazione offre una buona scelta di prodotti. Pulizia migliorabile nei piccoli dettagli.

Haben 2 Doppelzimmer Nord gebucht. Auf der Homepage sieht alles einladend aus. In Wirklichkeit alt und hässlich. Unsere Zimmer waren Abstellkammer, alt, schmuddelig und einfach hässlich! Zudem haben wir Halbpension gebucht, nach dem Abendessen bekamen wir eine Rechnung für diverse Aufpreise der Speisen. Einmal aber nie mehr!!!!

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern Anfang Juli im Seehof. Die Lage war für uns ideal, sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Familienzimmer war ausreichend, jedoch für eine Familie eher spärlich eingerichtet. (nur 1 Stuhl und 1 Hocker, 1 kleiner Beistelltisch) Es war aber alles sehr sauber, und da wir nur 3 Nächte hier waren, konnten wir uns gut arrangieren. Einige Zimmer haben Sicht auf den wunderschönen Untersee. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr, sehr heimelig und ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Abendessen war super und hat uns jeden Tag begeistert! Das Frühstück war sensationell und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eierspeisen wurde auf Bestellung ganz frisch zubereitet!

Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und speditiver Service Da wir sehr spät - "Quasi Last Second !! „ - gebucht hatten, erhielten wir ein zwar gemütliches und geräumiges, aber etwas dunkles Zimmer im Dachbereich. Tipp: Unbedingt direkt beim Hotel buchen.
