Há exatamente 10 anos atrás me hospedei neste lugar e agora novamente. Como sempre a sensação é de casa da gente. Ambiente rústico e bem aconchegante. Angela que fica na recepção sempre muito pacienciosa e atenciosa com todo mundo e comigo então... uma pessoa que a todo momento me tratou muito bem. Pousada mto acolhedora e perto da mucugê. Nada a reclamar e só agradecer. Martha e Angela amo vcs. Gratidão!

Sempre me hospedei nessa pousada, observo que a manutenção da mesma está abaixo do mínimo. Acordei as 05:30 da manhã arrastando a cama no quarto para tirar das goteiras (vazamento no telhado), informei a proprietária do ocorrido a mesma agiu como se nada tivesse acontecido. Como fui a trabalho Precisei de late checkout , ao falar com a proprietária novamente a mesma se mostrou indiferente e me orientou a desocupar o quarto meio dia para arrumação, podendo deixar as malas na recepção. Deixo aqui uma orientação a Marta: Aprender ouvir os clientes com atenção aos seus pedidos. Analisar o quanto de egoísmo está presente em suas manifestações , pois ao fazer o meu pedido a mesma além de não ouvir e entender, ainda quiz oferecer serviço de transfer para o aeroporto como forma de faturar mais. Tivemos uma excelente acolhida. Pessoas bastante agradáveis; todas, sem exceção. Tudo muito bom; do primeiro ao último dia da hospedagem. Passamos uma semana bem tranquila, exatamente como havíamos planejado. Gostamos demais.

A pousada fica em uma ótima localização, bem no centro de Arraial d'Ajuda, ao lado da rua mais movimentada de Arraial e apesar disto é bem silenciosa e tranquila. Ambiente bastante agradável e familiar, ótimo atendimento, todos sempre muito cordiais e atenciosos. O quarto que ficamos é bastante arejado, tudo bem limpo e roupa de cama cheirosa, no entanto a única ponderação foi quanto ao colchão e aos travesseiros, estes na minha opnião poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Café da manhã simples, mas bem gostoso e fresquinho. Tem estacionamento e o wi-fi funciona bem. Recomendo!!!!

Pousada em excelente localização, bem no centro de Arraial d'Ajuda. É só parar o carro e fazer tudo à pé! Ambiente muito agradável, atendimento nota 10, sem falar da simpatia da Martha e de toda a sua equipe! Quartos arejados, limpos e roupa de cama cheirosa e muitíssimo limpa! Nos sentimos em casa! Apesar de ficar localizada no centro de Arraial, o silêncio é total! Já estamos com saudades, e pretendemos retornar em Setembro!
